Pro:
the space

Con:
the food
the service

Description:

I don't know why anyone would go to this place.  Not only is it over priced but it's also bad food.  I got the Sagan Korean Special ($60 for 2) and Seafood & noodles ($16).  WTF, for $16 my seafood & noodle contained 2 shirmp, 2 mussels, few pieces of squid and udon noodles.  Not worth it at all.

As for the Korean special, there's nothing special about it.   You get galbi jim (overly sweet), Eundaegoo Jorin (overly sweet), soybean soup (overly salty), korean pancake (super greasy), nang myun (under seasoned) and their array of banchan.

Needless to say, I did not enjoy my dinner here.  I just can't understand how a restaurant can't get the seasoning right in their food.  Oh also service was terrible.  Only time we saw the waitstaff was when they brought out the food.  I must have used their bell 10x during dinner.

why would you come here and not get their spring rolls?  You shouldn't... always get the spring rolls.  Everything is pretty good too.  Sure this place is more expensive than the average viet restaurant but it's worth the price

Con:
spaghetti with meatballs

Description:
This place is pretty interesting... they food is amazing and so is the service.  Super crowded every day of the week so make reservations.  Always order the fava fritter baco and brussels sprouts.   Also the menu online doesn't list everything, so make sure you take a look at a menu when you get there. Finally, spaghetti was their special for the night, i'd skip it

Pro:
Buffalo, Beef & Pork  with Chipotle Peppers
Alligator & Pork, Andouille Sausage
Rattlesnake & Rabbit with Jalapeño Peppers
Rabbit, Veal & Pork Seasoned with White Wine
Chicken Apple & Spices - chunks of apple & specks of cinnamon
Filipino Maharlika - sweet pork , natural seasonings
Kielbasa - polish style, pork & beef, onions and spices
Louisiana Hot Link - beef & pork, onions and hot spice
Truffle Fries
Butter Milk Ranch

Con:
Vegetarian Italian

Description:
So it looks like i cut and pasted the whole menu but i didn't... it's because I haven't tried everything YET.  How do you go wrong with sausage, fries and beer?  You really can't.  I love this place but just know the lines can get a bit long and dinning room will fill up fast.  My only tip is to order everything you want at once (foodwise, there is a bar in the back) cause it sucks to have to go back inline for another sausage

Price:
The sausages are less than $10 but I'll add up quickly...

Con:
Long waits for dinner

Description:
This is one of my  new favorite in Ktown.  Basically, you get a choice between combo A, B, and C.  Usually combo c is good enough for 4 to 5 people.  With the combos, you get clams, giant clams, shirmp, tons of scallops, oysters, and soup.  If you get combo B, you also get an albalone.... and with C you get 2 abalones and eel.  All the seafood is super fresh and delicious.  I'd go back anytime

Price:
usually comes out to be about $30pp

Description:
After gorging on Fab hot dogs, I needed something cold to eat/drink.  Luckily I remembered my friend talking about Snow Monkey.  It is a bit of a pain to find, it's in the shopping mall near the carousel.  But once you do find it, it's worth it.  I don't really remember the texture of it due to the toppings but I do remember the flavors.  For whatever reason, Taro was my favorite.  If I lived closer, i'd be a regular.  BTW, bubble gum flavor is a bit too sweet for me... leave it for the kids

Con:

Description:
As you can tell, I am a fan of Mexicali Tacos and I've been a fan since their parking lot days.  The food is always fresh and delicious.  My ideal meal would be a carne asada vampiro, chorizo cachetada, and a chicken taco with a horchata; all ranchero style.

Also don't forget about the condiment bar; hot salsa, the avocado sauce, pico de gallo, and the onions make it even better.
