That was my usual experience until I found these guys. I know when I go in that I'll get some advice on certain things, but nothing like my previous experiences with other oil changers.
-They hand you a newspaper that you can promptly throw on the car floor while you play doodle jump on your Iphone
-They have cameras and monitors setup so you can watch them work. (your too busy with your high-score to even bother looking, but it's still cool)
-They check all your lights, washer fluid, etc, and top them off for you as part of the deal.
- It also doesn't hurt that I work in the building across the street
