This McDonalds location has proven time and again that they deserve an award as the worst McDonalds in the 5-state region. With all the travelling I do, I've never experienced another McDonalds, even in rural texas, which displays a lower level of customer service and caring. From giving back less change than you should get, to getting the wrong order, to downright rude and classless attitudes from the employees, and the slowest drive-thru known to man, I've yet to see this location do anything right in the almost 15 years since it was built. I've tried and hoped that it would get better over time, but after this long, I guess it's time to just give in to the idea that it's worth driving a little further to another location to know that I'm going to get what I order, for the price I expect, with friendly service and no crappy attitudes.

When you're in need of some great food that's different from the same ole, same ole, Lotsa Noodles is a good choice.  IMO, it's a little pricey for what it is, but at times it's worth it.  Great variety and excellent flavor.  Most times, we call in our order and go pick it up, which is a nice convenience if you're not in the mood to eat 'out.'

By the way, the management and staff have always been stellar.

Great novelty concept with delicious, healthy goodies in a nice clean environment. Something different from the norm to treat the family too. My only complaint?.. Too few tables and even fewer chairs. At least buy some extra chairs guys, then I'll bump ya to 5 stars!

This place has all the charm of a small family-owned pancake house that's been around for 30 years.  The decor is cool and entertaining, the wait-staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the food is OUTSTANDING!

For years I've believed that Edmond, OK was home to the worst McDonalds known to man, but yesterday I was proven wrong.  

From the filth of this location, including the white porcelain sinks in the bathroom which are medium gray with grime, to the attitude of every employee I came in contact with, as if they're put out by you even walking up to the counter to place your order, to the complete lack of even one 'have a nice day' or 'thank you, please come back,' and the cold nasty fries and burgers, this place takes the cake as the worst, and most disgusting, McDonalds store I've ever experienced.  

Trust me, it'd be well worth driving a few miles extra to find another place to get a hamburger.

Western Valet's parent company has been my dry cleaners of choice for about 13 years now, and WV has been the only one I've used since the day it opened.  I've NEVER had anything turn up missing and the one or two times that something has been damaged, such as broken buttons or torn fabric, they've gladly taken care of it for me.  Their prices are extremely competitive and their turn-around time is great!

Over the years, I've spent literally thousands with this company since I have two kids who've played through the Edmond Santa Fe program and let me tell you, these people are clueless.  If you place an order, you may as well EXPECT that at least one of your items will be lost or ordered incorrectly.  Most recently, my wife and I were in their store and she ordered a pullover jacket, since they didn't have her size in stock.  That was over two months ago.  Now that it's 95 degrees outside, they STILL can't find the order or the jacket.  We've called up there and gone in person approximately 10 times since then and each time they PROMISE they will check into and someone will personally call us back.  NOT ONCE have we actually received a call.  Each time, whoever we're talking to blames someone else for the order not being found.  Even when we ask to talk to the store manger, we get the same response.  They obviously have no system in place for handling the orders they get and NOBODY in the entire company will take responsibility and just fix it.. instead they all just point the finger at one another.  Same EXACT thing happened with the stadium seats we tried to by in there just before the jacket incident.  My advice, take your money elsewhere... it's not worth the frustration and you can get your merchandise cheaper elsewhere.  Needless to say, after all the money I've spent in there over the years, they won't get another dime out of me.

Flat Tire is a staple if you're anywhere near UCO. Great burgers and a fun, unique environment are what keep us coming back.  The kids love to sit out on the patio and chow down, then top it off by cooking up s'mores under the stars.  The fried pickles are great, and the drinks are cold.  Indoor seating is available too, if you're not into mosquitos.

My wife and I have been frequenting this location for several years.  When we first found it, it seems nobody knew it was there, and there was never a crowd, but the food and the service kept us coming back.

Over the past several years, however, Shiki has become more widely known and you'll now find it packed on a very regular basis.  They have private booths & tables, s sit-down sushi bar, and hibachi grills, which are always a great way to have fun with friends, or meet new people.

I can honestly say, we've only had 'average' sushi here one time in 5 years, and most times, the freshness and flavor of the sushi surpasses our expectations.

It may not be a Musashi's or Neko, but it's not far behind, and the prices are more reasonable.  The location is pretty convenient too, much further North, and right off the highway.

This is a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner if you want a casual atmosphere, and maybe even a patio seat.  Reasonable prices, great food, and outstanding service!
