i called tonight to have a prescription refilled and the girl on the end was absolutely out of her mind: "ummm, what's your name again," "ummmm, i don't think the computer is like working or something," "maybe call back." unreal. she ultimately hung up on me when i pressed her to actually do something.

$10.75 for eggs, bacon and "waffles" that wouldn't fill a ten-year-old. toast and potatoes are "extra." i added an apple juice and coffee. when the server, who didn't come to my table once, or even APPEAR anywhere, rang me up at $17.50, i nearly laughed. an utter ripoff.

If possible, I'd go 2.5 on the review. Domo is simply that: average. The sushi was fine, but certainly nothing spectacular. The prices are definitely reasonable. The biggest flaw was the service. At least on this night, Domo is the type of place where you have to stare down your server to get their attention. Not once did they come to our table without being prompted by us. They were perfectly nice, but they definitely need to improve on the service side.

All told, there are better sushi places within walking distance, most notably the Japanese restaurant on Haight off of Fillmore.

Good selection at reasonable prices. They drop a few stars due to lackluster service. I purchased a receiver, and was told that I could contact my salesman with any additional questions, etc. I sent a note due to one concern and received a response, which barely addressed my concern. I then followed up asking additional questions about add-ons to my system, but never received a response. I'm a home audio enthusiast and they could've had my business for good. Unfortunately, they failed.

What a wonderful place. I had some reservations about trying acupuncture, but Jill made me feel totally at ease. Not only was she patient and empathetic, but she never pushed me on any front.

I now consider myself a regular customer and look forward to my visits. In addition to spectacular service (including Jill's sweet assistant, Sara), the environment is just incredibly relaxing and peaceful.

A wonderful experience all around!

Potential to be a great, cozy hotel if not for the very sporadic service.

Rooms are open and very, very comfortable. Views are very relaxing. Very clean.

The hotel staff is a mixed bag. Some are super friendly and helpful while others seem annoyed by simple requests.

Overall, a good place for the price.

I've only been once, but I found the price to far exceed the quality. Rolls priced at $12-$15 should be very good, and Umi's rolls tasted very basic. Drop 'em down to $7 or so for a roll and the experience would've been worth it. But there are endless better options in the city at this price point.

Service was adequate.

Decor is fine.

Overpriced for very basic sandwiches. I picked up the turkey/brie, which was around $8.50 and it had two slices of turkey, a little brie and dressing-soaked salad. The house chips that come with the sandwich are quite good, but the sandwich is a major disappointment.
