We call it EMERGENCY FAST FOOD, cause you get it at the the hospital cafeteria. Favorite day is Sunday morning--only time they serve biscuits and gravy. Eggs are cooked to order while you wait at the grill, and French toast and waffles made on the spot. Chat with chef while he cooks, they're all friendly, even the cashiers.
