Chinese massage is a specialty of SF. And, this place simply doesn't measure up. The massage was weak!!! And, the service was rude. They spoke LOUDLY during my whole massage and I felt like I was being mocked. Don't know why. Also, they basically forced me to give them a $10 tip. The place feels sketchy. And they forced my mom to drink water - in a mean manner. Don't go!

Good happy hour spot for young and old. My peach cobbler martini was $6! It's a cool underground old-fashioned place where they mix with soy milk and such things. I wish they had a real working fireplace, but that's a technicality.

Really good. My mom sort of loved it. She would give it 5-stars. They can make any flavor for you, custom, on the spot. And, they flavor their nut flavors with freshly ground nut butters. It's pricey - $3.50 for a small. But, it's a good find.

This place is TIN-AY (far too small to consider a diner). And, the service is rude. And, it's expensive. In fact, it put my party of 4 in a foul mood as we ordered. But, once we got the food, it was really good. And, we were really good at ordering. The slutty cakes were a highlight. The wheat bread was surprisingly good. How do they do this all in a 2 x 2 kitchen? I probably wouldn't go back, but am SO. GLAD. I did it.

This is an honest-to-goodness old candy warehouse. It isn't gorgeous, but it's bountiful. Lots of candies I haven't seen since childhood, including but not limited to, candy buttons, mary janes, and a wide assortment of candy cigarettes.

This is an old-fashioned market with a Puerto Rican influence. It's a little outdated. Feels like pre-burn Eastern Market. It's not for tourists. There are little samples, and pretty much no public restroom, short of begging. For old-times seeking nostalgic moments, spot-on.

Dumpling soup was off the hook. Everything else was too salty. The ratings were high, but the food was pretty good. I wouldn't go back, well maybe for the soup. Note they have a "special" menu for bozos who want to pay more.

This was a cozy little place for an afternoon snack. My cappuchino was good. The service was great, though they were loudly training staff right behind us. We were rushed or chastised for ordering just drinks. My compatriot ordered a $14 glass of wine, which was a little absurd for what it was. Otherwise, fully acceptable and would like to try the food.

The ambiance - so nice, modern, cozy. The food unfortnately wasn't remarkable. Esp the dumplings. Nobody said ANYTHING about any of the food we got: salmon, "charm" spring rolls (where were the scallops?), and the drunken noodles.
