Went here with 3 others. The sushi I had was decent. Though 3 of us ordered sushi they provided it on a single plate and the waitress didn't really know what was what.

The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Nothing special at all.

The problem with the place is that it just didn't feel right. It was like they wanted to be a cool night spot, a high end Asian fusion restaurant, or who knows what. Since it seemed like they were trying to be all of these they didn't really get any of it right.

This is really apparent when you get your menu and browse what's available. Burgers and sushi just do not belong on the same menu. The staff certainly didn't make the experience any better either.

Moved out of this hell hole not too long ago. Unfortunately the management screwed me over big time costing me huge. They kept the $250 deposit and then decided to charge me $1116 for cleaning, pet damage (despite not owning one), and painting.

I tried talking to management to address things but they sent it to collections. The collection agency then sent it to credit reporting, dropping me from above 800 to below 700.

I've called at least once a week since then and can never get through to anyone to discuss the matter. Furthermore in the time I did actually live there management changed hands at least 3 times.

When I was there, they had some crazy assed parking policy only printing a very limited number of parking permits. This was totally messed up as they stated that once a permit was taken it was valid for an entire day, even if someone only used it for 5 minutes. Obviously this screwed people over since the permits ran out. A friend experienced this the hard way when his car was towed costing him hundreds.

All in all a really crappy experience. I thought it'd be okay living with another Avalon community since while management always sucks at these chain communities this one completely sucked. It made the Avalong ParcSquare management in Redmond seem like heaven.
