Go for the pot stickers to start; the hot sauce they bring with it is worth it alone. All of their soups are wonderful but the Hot and Sour is particularly good. It's flavor is a bit more intricate than most places. As for the rest of the menu I've yet to get something that wasn't excellent and I've been coming here for years. One of my favorites is the Szechuan garlic combo. Their sesame chicken is also fantastic; not overly sweet or gloopy like at other places.
The restaurant itself is nice enough. It's nothing fancy but I wouldn't want it to be. This place is for getting a bunch of friends together, getting a bunch of food and digging in. Anything else would only distract.
Update:
I've been back to this place many times since first writing this review, and I'm happy to report that it's still fantastic. There are certainly more traditional and nicer Chinese places in Ann Arbor and Metro Detroit, but something about this place always just makes me feel comfortable and ready for a tasty meal.
