Four and a half....I would call this place a bit eclectic. It is a coffee shop (great coffee!!), deli(good sandwiches and meats), and Italian Grocer (pasta, sauce, yummy desserts).  I give it four and a half for two reasons.

The hours!! They have been closed when they said they were open and open when they should have been closed. The service can be a little slow since they only have one person working all of the time. If they would hire someone for the early or lunch rush, that would help.

I still love this place, the owner is super nice and the staff seem friendly too. They have free wi-fi as well. So, if the owner is reading this....please, please stick to your hours!!!

oh, and parking is so easy, either out front or in the back of the building

Love this morning show! New to Chicago and was always watching NBC, but this is just too funny. I laugh when I am getting ready for work!! Kudos to WGN for keeping it light and making us laugh!

They have great chemistry and Robin, Larry, and Paul are just too, too funny. I love the segment surfing the web when they show us all those funny websites. Definitely a WGN lifer!

So, I checked out this guy based on all the fabulous reviews on Yelp. They did not disappoint. I did not speak to the legendary joe (based on all these reviews), but I spoke to his employee, I think her name was ashley. She was super friendly and made the process so easy. I moved here from NY, so needed to get new insurance.  

I can't stand insurance types, but this was definitely painless, like one of the prior reviewers said, they told me they would make a donation of 5 bucks to the charity that I like for referrals...very unique and cool. I can see why they get 5 stars.  highly recommended!
