I'm not quite sure how Peter can tell when I had talked to Shane because this is not the name I used for contact. Seriously?!?
I'm not happy with the customer service. Just to be clear, I did not get solar panels from them.
It was about about a month ago when I called, someone called back and sounded annoyed that I'm not next to a computer for them to direct me to a video presentation (as opposed to have to talk to me) and told me someone else will call me back.
That's when Shane came in. He answered some questions I had about adding solar panels to my home. He emailed me a summary of what we talked about and answered some more questions I had. But when I emailed back with more clarifications and questions, I never heard back from him again.
One of the questions I had for Shane was the expiration date on the government rebate on solar panels. I thought I had heard him say that they'll expire this year. When I checked online, it actually doesn't expire until 2016.
In any case, if they're not excited about me, I cannot be excited about them (even IF I am very excited about the idea of solar paneling my home). Later!

Also, if you really take customer satisfaction so seriously and was able to TRACK ME DOWN, then it would've been nice that you answer the email that I sent you and not just respond on YELP. JUST SAYING...
"Hi Chon - We take customer satisfaction issues very seriously, and when we receive a complaint, whether on Yelp or through our customer satisfaction surveys, we want to understand what happened so we can determine how it might be corrected going forward. It is fairly common practice for individuals to use a name on Yelp that differs from the name they use when interacting with businesses. We spent time looking at Shane's meetings the week before he left and we were able to match you back in the system based on your location. We apologize again that you were dissatisfied with your experience, but we do hope you'll consider going solar."
