They have their own wine and beer... they have their own spicy sauce...
My waiter was actually named IVAN!
Steak for 6 people (med-rare, med, med-well), 4 side dishes, 2 salads, a bottle of wine, copious amounts of slauged-on deserts... reasonably priced, filled to the rim and a good ride back to Mahattan...

Raymond is super knowledgeable about the real estate business and are honest with his opinions. I feel great taking his advice while purchasing our first home.
The RayChel team are in constant contact with us via email, phone and in person. We never feel like we were left with questions and they are always available to put in extra time to explain anything that is unclear to us. (We spent multiple hours going through the contract, line by line, so we feel comfortable about what we're doing).
Looking back, buying our first home was easier than it should be. We've learned so much about buying a home. We are busy professionals with little time to shop on our own. Being able to do a lot of correspondence and shopping via internet was definitely a life saver.
Bottom line, there's a lot of people who are not personable in the real estate business; but Raymond, Rebecca and Chela are super professional, dedicated and trustworthy. If you're looking for a personal experience with your buyer's agent, Raymond is your guy!
Raymond's 30+ yrs of experience in this business also provided a lot of trusted contacts for every step of our purchase and we cannot give a higher recommendation for the RayChel Realty Group.
