I have been here many times and have finally decided to write a review. I used to think this was an alright theater but many of my last visits have been terrible. The whole place feels cheap and boring. If you see a movie at night everything is overcrowded and slow. Even after seeing a good movie, I never feel satisfied or like I had a good time at this place. Also, the parking garage is extremely expensive and the people who work there (in the garage) are always unfriendly and unhelpful. Don't watch movies here, there are other big theaters in SF you can go to instead.

There are many cool snacks and drinks here (plus many other random things). I was happy that I was able to buy some of my favorite things from Japan here in the San Francisco. No Qoo drinks though :(
