As far as customer service, it was one of the best I had experienced. I forget the name of the one who helped me (Sheri? Shirley?...Sorry!!!!) but she was very nice and helpful. She was very gentle with my nails and the manicure didn't hurt at all like some of the places I had been to. She was a very pleasant person to talk to. Unlike other places I've been, she actually keeps her attention to you instead of constantly talking to other co-workers.
Overall, I had a good impression of the place. The people were extremely nice and very helpful. I had came in later in the day and was still accommodated. If you need a quick mani/pedi, this is a good place to go for walk-ins (and they are probably the only salon who closes later). The lady who helped me stayed later and was the last one out the door. If you get the chance to go, I highly recommend her =)
The next day, we took a trip downtown Reno through some alleys and found, literally, a "hole-in-a-wall" diner. Ok, I have said this phrase before over eateries that were not well-known with really good food but this is a shining example of what a "hole-in-a-wall" food place is. We took the back way through the alley and found they had a little entrance. You could go through the front but you would have to get past the casino and bar.
Anywho, the food was good! I didn't have to wait long before they prepared the "Awful Awful" and a huge basket of fries. Honestly, I don't like burgers but I had to try this to see if my friend was right about it. Sure enough, he was. This is one of the best burgers I've had. You have to experience it for yourself. (Also, I heard this is one of the best hangover places to go to)
By the way, don't forget to bring some cash on you because they don't except cards.
If you're ever in Reno, definitely head over here or you'll miss out.

This is an awesome place! It's my first time coming here and I would love to come back.
The staff is really friendly and is willing to help you with any questions/needs. I ended up ordering a Jasmine Pearl teapot and a blueberry muffin. It was surprising to find that they served teapots here. Not that many coffeehouses offer it. The price is reasonable too. Not expensive at all compared to Starbucks and other big coffee places. For the price I would pay for a 16 oz. tea at Starbucks, I was able to purchase a whole teapot that gave me several cups of tea. Also, the baristas are more than happy to refill your teapot when you run out of water.
Walden's is really cozy and comfortable. They have couches and other things you can think of. From outside, it doesn't really look that great but when you walk in you can see that it's a pretty cool place.
Besides the friendly service and good prices, the best thing about this place is they have Wi-Fi (which made me give the full 5 stars)!
The price for the amount of food I got was a little expensive for my taste. Two spring rolls and a small soup = $13.10. I've been to other pho places that were less costly with larger food proportions. It's sort of a rip off.
The location isn't the best. It shares the same dining area with Port of Subs. Personally, I could care less for location. As long as the food is great, it doesn't matter. The best foods usually come from little hole-in-the-wall places. For this place, it isn't the case.
If you're hungry and looking for a place to eat, it's an ok place- but not the greatest. If you're eating out to experience great food or a special occasion, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
It is not the best pho in Reno. If it is, that's pretty sad.
Sorry, I can only give it 2 stars.
As always, I try and support local businesses. This is definitely one of the better local coffee places to get your caffeine fix. Considering everything, I would rather visit Bibo than Starbucks.
I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't have Wi-fi. Most coffee places I've been to have Wi-fi and was surprised to find that this one didn't have it. Sort of disappointing. Nevertheless, the coffee is still really good.

Overall, this is a really good place to eat if you're looking for something different. The pita only takes a few minutes to be prepared and it really fills you up. Think of it as a gigantic healthy middle eastern burrito.
The Pita Pit is pretty awesome but if you get a chance to visit an authentic middle eastern pita eatery, I would recommend you try it to see for yourself. If you've never had pita before, you'll love the Pita Pit but just keep in mind there are better pitas out there.
