Decent Shangainese food with a liquor license. They had beverages such as Shaoxing rice wine and maotai. You could make the whole meal out the soup dumplings (xiao long bao). Other hits: pork shoulder, stir fried rice cakes, potstickers.
Meh were the lion's head meatball.
Good service, though it probably helped that I spoke Mandarin (no one else in our group did, however) and stuck with typical Shanghainese dishes.
