I went to Flywheel for the free preview week with Yelp and I loved it. The space is nice & modern and the changing rooms and the electronic lockers were pretty nice. I was surprised by the shoes handed over once you sign in for the class - I've gone to spinning class at other gyms and this was definitely a first. Bottled water & towels are readily available and then you have the spinning room, as others mentioned the room is darkened, with a spotlight on the instructor. I've been working out regularly at the gym for a month or two and I've got to say the workout was HARD. I was drenched in sweat by the end of the class, and this was with me wearing an Under Armour shirt. I'm a fan of dance music & I loved their music choices. The only minuses would be the price if I decided to go back. Roughly $23-$25 per class is definitely on the high end. The other being parking. I arrived about 10 minutes before the class started and had to park in the rear, where lighting is a bit poor. This will definitely be an issue once Bocado's sister restaurant STG Trattoria opens in the same complex. Minuses aside, our In It to Thin It team won a free class card, & I look forward to going back.

Farm to table it ain't, but it's a meat & three that's lasted through the ages and a classic restaurant in a city that's always looking for the latest and greatest and flashiest. It's surrounded by strip clubs and adjacent to a seedy motel, but the workers are pleasant and the fried chicken is craveworthy. The sides are numerous, and yes a tad overcooked, but I don't think you'll mind. If you're picky & and not fond of nostalgia however, you might want to look elsewhere.

Since visiting a few months ago to take some photos for my blog, DZ has become my main recommendation to folks looking for a place to eat in Sandy Springs. Carefully crafted cocktails, an equally impressive craft beer list and delicious pizzas. The owners are veterans in the restaurant industry and it isn't out of place to see them giving a helping hand. The barrel aged negroni is a must-try.

My friend Tara clued me into this place on the square in Covington and I enjoyed my meal here. A nice little fine dining spot with a chef from Louisiana and friendly servers. Lunch is extremely reasonable and if you're a Vampire Diaries fan you may catch a glimpse of filming depending on the day.

If you want to stuff your face & refill your plates you've found your place. If you want some southern grub w/ table service and still be plenty full, Cracker Barrel is around the corner.

I'm not a Buckheader so unfortunately it isn't a go-to spot to buy liquor, but it's definitely a place to check out if you're looking for something special and want a staff that can help you with a well-made cocktail. Slowly but surely since they've been awarded with the license to sell hard liquor & beer, they've beefed up their selection & have carved out a niche with carefully curated shelves of booze.

I'm never in this part of town but Yogurtland is my favorite froyo shop in town right now. With the price hike at Yoforia, which I've heard from the publicist is due to ingredients used in their product, it's not the cheap treat that it used to be. YL is still 33 cents an ounce and I can get a nice chunk of froyo for $4. The flavors they had recently that I enjoyed were their mango mixer and a combo fruit tart flavor. They have sampler cups so you're easily able to try your favorites before purchasing.

I went here for lunch with a friend and had a good time. Their burgers are tasty and since it's also a convenience store, there are a ton of beverage options, & I chose Cheerwine in a glass. I look forward to going back.

I really really want to like this place. Great concept, creative menu. My dish, which was braised rabbit over cavatelli in cauliflower cream * curry oil was a tad chewy but pretty good. I tried other items which were nice as well. Unfortunately the extremely slow/erratic service really irritated me. Somehow with an enclosed patio, they're able to allow smoking, (no ventiliation), which ruined things for me. I
ll try it again when they're a little less green and the patio isn't enclosed. I enjoy So Ba so I'm sure things will only get better.

I'll write this with the caveat that I've only eaten Aria's food via special events at the restaurant & many food festivals. It's definitely on the higher end of the price spectrum, however I don't hesitate to recommend it any chance I get. The folks here, from Chef Gerry, to GM Andres, to pastry chef Kathryn and the cadre of service staff are a class act. The food's incredible, and although it isn't a seafood restaurant per se, this restaurant cooks fish like no other. I'd recommend it for anyone who wants to get spoiled in Buckhead, and if you're not into doing the full course treatment, you can always grab a drink or some grub at the bar. It's dark and separated from the restaurant, and it has its own ambiance
