Classy Nuevo Cool. They went off the menu and made vegan fare for me. Love the fries.

This is one of my go to Pho places in the city. Go here! Free soda, and the best value in town. Extensive non-pho menu as well.

All vegan, all the time! Don't let the interior fool you - this is a great place to go with a date who is a vegetarian or vegan, before or after an event at McCaw hall, or anytime.

I love Than Bros- the broth is awesome, even for the veggie soup.

The place is crowded on the weekends, but the service is great, and the parking is free. I love that.

The genius bar is great- I have walked in several times without an appointment, and been given one in a few minutes.

I like that receipts get emailed to me. I usually loose those. During tax season, when I needed the receipts for a few big purchases, I just searched through my email, and there they were! Perfect.

The atmosphere is exactly what's needed sometimes in a small town - lots of friendly people in an open layout. They totally hit a home run, and I appreciate that someone took the time to design this space just right for the town of Glacier, and the people who tend to frequent. It's almost like a cafe (the dining area) existing within a much larger bar area, where you can also dine. Garage doors open up to the outside in the summer. It's a good space - I wouldn't change a thing about it.

Well then... problem being? Service. I've tended bar and served as a waitress before, and my main goal was to serve people as efficiently and pleasantly as possible, and then move on to the next.

There are a couple regular bartenders and waitstaff (not Albert, not the manager) who have the unique ability to ignore you while at the same time waiting on you. It's such an experience. I suggest you try it - it's hard to explain.

We've learned the best way to get service at the bar: Act like you don't want it. Look in the other direction, and they'll come right to over make you a cocktail. Try to catch their attention with a smile, and you will be denied and ignored. Every. time.

As a former bartender myself, I never wanted the customer to feel like they were interrupting the waitstaffs life by asking for a beer.

Outside of the this, everyone is so nice and I enjoy my time, so I can't complain. And I'm not. I'm just sharing methods by which you, too, might glean a cocktail or perhaps a chicken wing. It's just, um...a service model... with which I am not familiar...?

I had to find a new mechanic after buying a car that my old shop rarely sees, and never has the right oil or parts for. Compared to the mechanic who I recently came from, (and really liked), this shop is top-level organized and professional.

I prefer the flexibility of being able to bring my vehicle in on one-say's notice, or a few day's notice at most. This shop can accommodate that, even though they are very busy.

Each time I've been in, I've received discounts, and explanations of what the work is going to cost.

I would have preferred it if they had mentioned that my car was going to require a more pricey synthetic oil blend before they started work - I knew that 31.00 up-front quote seemed low. They came out and explained the increased cost after getting started. They did, however, knock $20.00 off my bill when purchasing new wiper blades. They also called in an order for wiper blades to be delivered on the spot when I asked (as a walk in) for the replacement to be done along with my oil change.

These people are honest and busy, and I respect their work.

This place does exactly what it is supposed to do: stock a wide variety of both popular and lesser known beers, and provide information about the beers available.

They hold beer tastings occasionally, and send out a beer information newsletter. If you have  beer aficionado in your life. Or, if you are looking for that one special beer you had while traveling, they probably have it here - or will special order it for you.

I was searching for 1664 Beer, which is one I had in Italy and really liked, and they stock it regularly. It's very hard to find! That made me instantly fall in love with the place.

I have had several pieces of art framed here in the last few months, and I am planning on taking another piece in soon. They had creative ideas I wouldn't have considered for frames.

They did a great job working with frames and mats I already had to make something work for each piece. They even carried a larger item out to my car for me, loaded it in and all.

Prices are about what you would expect for custom framing, and turnaround (not during the holiday season) was about 1.5 weeks.

It's a fun dive bar! They have every day trivia and PBR on tap and in the can. They have cheesy posters on the wall of Nascar and such. Lots of TVs. The food is certainly not awful - and unlike many dive bars, they actually have food. I like it, and that is saying a whole lot!

Come here to watch a game on a big flat screen. Don't bring a date here, don't expect impeccable service (hello, it's game day), and don't go here looking to hook up with anything except for a plate of nachos. Do play trivia, talk loud at the person right next to you, say the F word a few times. Then maybe- just maybe, you'll see the Rocksport for what it is.
