Tried their famous mashed potato pizza last week. Though it was incredibly tasty, it needs more sauce or something else sweet to counterbalance the bold salty/rich flavor. Good crust!
Usually the cheapest gas on this stretch of i95.
Middle of nowhere, damn good BBQ chicken. I would have taken pictures of the chicken, but it disappeared too quickly. My main complaint is that the chicken was not meaty enough. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.
I had a couple birthdays here about 20 years ago when I was a kid and my family always bought an annual pass. It has a great walking trail, paddleboats, gazebos, a small zoo, bumper boats, a pool, and an amphitheater -- all in a turn of the century park.
This a review based upon their lunch cart on Science Hill near the Yale School of Management. Above all, the cheap prices stood out -- 3.50 for 1 item, 4.75 for 2 and 5 for 3. The portions are huge and the food is pretty tasty. It's probably so cheap because there is hardly any meat or eggs (at least in the pad thai and drunken noodle), but, when I need a quick, cheap bite between classes and don't want to trek back to my apartment, this would fit the bill. I hope to try out the other carts soon.

Kimball Farm Ice Cream

When gas used to cost about $1 per gallon and I had my first car, I often drove from Lexington (20 minutes away) just for a scoop of ice cream. Really superb, locally made ice cream with a tremendous menu.
*Thumbs up* It's been years since I went there, so, sorry for the limited review.

Mario's Italian Restaurant
Category: Italian
Definable nothing special, but it was where I always went with friends after a half day of high school. Go for the calzones/stromboli -- enormous, low priced, and reasonably tasty.
It's been years since I was a summer camp counselor in NH, but I do vaguely remember that this place made a fine sausage and onion pie.
Does this place still exist? I used to go as a kid about 20 years ago and loved it; I wonder what my adult palate would say today. The support poles made to look like palm trees plus the gorilla in sunglasses added a fun touch :)
