I am obsessed. He rescued my Loubitons and he added this awesome red re-inforced bottom. He made one size too big miu miu's fit me. He fixed my boots when I'd basically completely scraped all the leather off the heel. And get this, he shipped my shoes back to me in SF because I brought them specifically to get fixed by him!!!! I LOVE SAM!!

The Good: Swanky, a little bit sexy, chill pool scene, and of course the wonderful food at Bazaar. The sheets aren't bad either!

The Bad: They seem to be generally confused here regarding service. I've gotten everything from 6 star service to 1 star service after spending loads of money here. We booked 4 rooms for the weekend that all included massages, yet they refused to let us get the massages for any of those rooms the next day when I stayed an extra day. However, upgraded my room to a terrace room and sent champagne! Then of course, at check-out they screwed up the bill. Also, the crowd is questionable.

Still, a fun place with a great location.

i love this place. The head dude (Luiz) there is so nice and awesome. I seriously drive from LA to OC to get my car work done here!

The oil changes are like seriously 20 dollars. They get things done super fast and the prices are really good- also they dont' try to make you fix random stuff that isn't broken on your car (jiffy lube are you listening to me?) Also I got my brakes changed there and I was pleasantly surprised at the low prices!!!

Will be back.

Way way way overrated. The meat was questionably rare- which is fine except the broth was not hot enough to cook it necessarily. Noodles were soggy. Broth was kind of flavorless.

No bean sprouts. No basil. No Oyster sauce. To me, this equals = not pho.

Vietnamese coffee was good though - giving this place that extra star making it a grand total of two.
