For such a small spot the Shake Shack represents a large part of Manhattan. My friends from Brooklyn and Queens insist on meeting there throughout the year for their amazing burgers and killer milkshakes (I recommend the Chocolate/Strawberry milkshake w/ peanut butter sauce)!
