Referred by GEICO and the mechanics there initially had great customer service. They picked me up from my apartment and called back promptly; however, after getting back the bike I realized that the service done on the bike wasn't very good. Parts were halfway put on. Now missing some parts and overall quality could have been better.
They have a huge selection of motorcycles and gear. Friendly staff. I took my motorcycle here after an accident because GEICO referred me. At first I was a little disappointed as it took a little longer than expected and my bike came back incomplete; however, all the delays were due to parts taking awhile to ship or other service providers not under their control. They are working on getting all the parts to me and I REALLY appreciate the great customer service. I picked up from my home location and the drive took around an hour with traffic. Mike in service has done a great job in providing great customer service. I'd definitely recommend this shop!

Just FYI, they shutdown. A little irritated as they didn't call me to let me know. I have yet to pick up my laptop.
EDIT: I would not recommend doing business with the management or individuals here as the customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Not only was I never contacted regarding the business shutting down with my laptop still in their possession, but it was difficult to get a hold of them to figure out where my laptop was. I later found out that they did not pay the security deposit and the landlord took everything from the shop. My laptop was not in the safe with all the other laptops for some reason. Two months later I finally tracked it down to a tech that had it at is house (which in my opinion is very suspicious). It took over 3 weeks to arrange a meeting to pick it up myself (they didn't go the extra mile to remedy the situation and deliver).
I finally picked up my laptop, they did not apologize for the delay, the situation, or the fact that my laptop was never fixed. To make matters EVEN better... it's not in worst condition than when I dropped it off as it now has a lot of scuffs and scratches on the bottom, the battery doesn't work, and the computer doesn't even turn on anymore.
