Michael is an amazing vocal coach in so many ways.

I have always loved singing privately, but I'm really shy so I never sing in front of others. I wanted a way to practice singing in front of someone and get comfortable and confident with using my voice. I had never taken voice lessons before, but right away Michael made me feel at ease and so much less anxious about singing with an audience.

I've been taking singing lessons with Michael for about 6 months, and I continue to go weekly because I now see it as a necessary part of my self-care. I feel much more confident singing in front of others and am even considering performing soon.

I've learned so much from Michael, from music theory to soul and so many vocal techniques. Michael teaches in a way that is so fun and encouraging, and he is so enthusiastic about my growth as a singer and brings that energy to every session we have!

We've only had online lessons so far (which work great!) and even though we've never technically met in person, I've made such a great friend in Michael! I highly recommend Michael & Jam House Music!

Antonia has a way of making me feel very at ease during our hypnosis sessions. She is so kind and patient during the entire process.

I went to see Antonia for hypnosis to help with weight loss. After just a few sessions, I find myself automatically being more mindful of what I eat. Before I would eat whatever I wanted without thinking twice about it, and now I am able to take a moment to pause and make a better food choice.

I'm also finding it easier to make better choices in other areas of my life. For example, before I check out my online shopping cart I now find it easier to stop and think about my purchases before impulsively buying.

Brooklyn Fare has been a life saver during this pandemic. I've ordered groceries online three times now - at first, because it was one of the only feasible options I could find (amazon prime and instacart deliveries are impossible to get these days).

I continue to order because their website makes it convenient to buy things I can't get at my corner grocer, the service is great, and they're quick! The first order took 4 days (they quoted 5 days), but my last two orders were delivered on the same day they were placed.

I live 0.8 miles away and they offer free delivery which is SO NICE (make sure to tip well.) They always call to double check on substitutions when they're out of something, which I appreciate during a time like this where you might be forced to take what you can get elsewhere. It also feels good to support local during this time - not to mention avoid the crowds at Trader Joe's and Target's grocery section.
