This place is alright, I probably don't want to go back there.
Food wasn't bad, but also not spectacular - even though we tried to the grasshoppers. I had the Chile Relleno - IMHO too much, cheese to make up for something else.
All in all too pricey for me. And service was sluggish.
The Mezcal was good though.
Edit: I forgot to add, this place is "B" rated currently. Looked it up online, feel sick now.

Point taken it's a sweet little spot, but all the drinks (coffee, coco) I had there were unfortunately pretty bad. Which is really too bad for them because the cafe is pretty neat, free wifi and so on.
The free wifi doesn't cut it though. Tea Lounge and Red Horse which are both not too far away do a much better job on the drinks.

Went here last Sunday, bought a paper on the way and just sat there, had breakfast, coffee and enjoyed being able to get to my paper and read it. Because they actually don't bother you constantly and let you be.
Price-wise this place is OK. I think my omlette cost around 10 and it was kind of too much. Coffee was not great but alright, food was very tasty and fresh. They were also nice about changing mushrooms for onions on the omelette without an extra charge and so on.
Generally the service is alright. This place wasn't packed. Yet it took a pretty long while until they got my order. Of five people running around, only one is actually waiting the tables. But whatever. The waiter was not too friendly, seemed to have been a long day already. ;)
All in all, a pretty solid establishment. Can't go wrong.

Aside from Star Bucks there is really a shortage of coffee places in Curry Hill. So this is one of them, also one where they let you actually sit and hang out for a while without bothering you.
Coffee is not the greatest, but I've also had a lot worse.
Also, someone put up that they have free WIFI. I couldn't find anything about that.

Their coffee is alright, really not my favorite. But anyway. We were hanging out late and the place was pretty deserted (don't know why). It's just around the corner from Atlas so I'd guess that since Atlas is pretty crowded, more people would come here (they also have free wifi).
Service was very friendly, overall atmosphere more of a bar/lounge then a coffee shop. They also have a area in the back where you can sit and smoke.

Atlas would be my favorite coffee place in Williamsburg. Even though it's pretty cramped, the coffee is still awesome which is important in terms of a coffee place (and the wifi is free).
Also, the owner changed (I don't know how recently), so the place is now owned by an Italian dude. We had a chat over a zigarette outside, seemed very friendly.
During the summer, there are also a couple benches outside, along the window. :)

We accidentally stumbled into this place after spending too much time in a bar around the corner. The 24 hour sign had mislead us and what seemed to be a curse (they were closed), turned out to be a blessing.
So anyway, as I said, we wanted to go in, and some dude outside told us that they were currently not serving but cleaning. My friend tries to go in (He really wanted that chicken sandwhich!), but the place is deserted. So we stand outside for another minute and another dude comes out saying they are currently taking care of a rat problem.

I met up with a friend for drinks and talk and I enjoyed my time here. I mean, sitting outside in the summer is always good and even though it was pretty busy already we had no problem finding a spot. They also let you smoke (which is great in my book ;)), and our drinks were pretty good also.
We also split an apetizer etc. and they were fine with it.
Service-wise, quick and our waitress was pretty cute. And probably got hired cause of her looks. ;) Hell, I'd hire her. Not saying that she was not nice and not try very hard, but she spilled the drinks when she brought them.
Anyway, seems like a nice place ot hang out late during the week. Lots of work people, and pretty young folks all in all.

I got a bacon cheeseburger. The meat was juicy and it did taste great. I added a ton of toppings on it and customized (the hell out of) my burger.
The Cajun fries we got with it were killer. If you like spicy, get them. Also, since they give you an obscene amount fries, it's fine to split them with a friend.
I probably wouldn't say that this is the best burger ever, but as far as I remember, it's pretty close to "in & out", definitely better than Mickie's or BK.
Great money value. I'd rate this place 3.5 stars and round up to 4.
