Servers here are so friendly and fast. The pastrami is delicious and sliced paper thin. This place has great mushroom bisque. I can't wait to try the other soups.
I would consider this one of the better chain restaurants we go to. There was no wait for a Friday night dinner. Our server was also very attentive and polite.
The food was pretty good. The spinach salmon salad came with a delicious sweet sesame dressing. It was suppose to be a sesame peanut dressing but I couldn't taste any peanuts. Some of the spinach was a bit wilted. The bison burger was cooked well and it came with endless fries (my husband's favorite part). The second dish of fries (which was a small portion which I approve of for seconds on fries) comes in a little square dish on top of a larger rectangular dish and a side of ketchup (the presentation was my favorite part). It was a bit classy for a chain restaurant.

Montgomery is not exactly the place to go to for a cultural culinary experience. So finding a decent Thai restaurant is like winning the lottery to me. And ladies and gentlemen, I have won the lottery today.
Finally! A Thai place that actually serves Thai food. I have to admit I've only been to one other Thai restaurant in the area. They are a scarcity around these parts. I'm a spoiled New Yorker who use to having a dozen or so Thai choices within a three block radius of her office.
We ordered from the lunch specials, which gives you a choice of egg roll, spring roll, cucumber salad or soup with your dish. The cucumber salad was very fresh and refreshing. The chicken and rice soup was bursting with flavors of chicken, lime, cilantro and scallions. Our entrees were very good too.
The only negative thing I can say is that the food is a bit over priced. I can get lunch specials for less in New York City.
Nonetheless I will be back.

We were quite surprised to find this place with three occupied tables on a Tuesday night. That was a good sign.
We ordered a variety of food: sushi, sukiyaki, yakisoba. So we got a taste of the sushi bar as well as the kitchen. Overall, the sushi was fresh and the kitchen food was tasty and filling since they gave us extra fried rice with the sukiyaki (on the house). My father-in-law's biggest complaint when we go out for Japanese is that the food doesn't fill him up. Not here.
Also, our waitress was very sweet.

This place confuses me. I've never heard of a Italian restaurant to serve Greek food, nor a Greek restaurant to serve Italian food. True Italians and Greeks would just not let that happen.
Despite the confusion, we ordered both types of cuisines anyways. The Mediterranean sampler was so-so. The hummus was a bit gritty and did not have enough olive oil, garlic, or tahini. The minestrone soup was watered down and bland, and a bit over priced for what you get. Amongst the three dishes I tasted, the baked cheese manicotti was the best order choice of the night. But then again you can't really go wrong with anything stuffed with ricotta cheese.
The service was good, our waitress was sweet and quick. It was quite busy for dinner too.

Once I stepped into this quaint little pizzeria, I thought I was back in NYC. The decor, the staff, everything was a sign that we were about to eat some good pizza! And we sure did.
We had to wait a bit for a table, which we didn't mind. I really enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the kitchen while waiting. Also the take-out orders were non-stop.
All the ingredients are fresh and I believe most are organic. There are a ton of tasty vegetarian options, as a previous yelper had also mentioned. I'm extremely excited to find a place like this in Montgomery! This is definitely a place I would take someone who was visiting from out of town!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is sick and tired of the big chain restaurants!

This is only a review of their sushi/service. I haven't tried their habachi.
I may be a bit of a Sushi-snob coming from New York. But I will try my best to be fair.
Presentation was mediocre.
Freshness was mediocre.
Portions are small.
Roll variety is satisfactory.
Service was attentive.
We got there quite early, so there were not many customers. However, as we were leaving, there seemed to be a wait for tables.

I may be exaggerating a bit by saying I died and went to Indian food heaven. When I lived in NYC, I completely took Indian food for granted. It was accessible whenever and wherever. Dosa for dinner or delivery for lunch! You've got your high end places or hole in the wall joints.
I feel so lucky to even have one single establishment here in Montgomery that serves such authentic Indian food. I do agree that that spice has been toned down a bit for the general population here but I rather not complain.
When we first saw the menu, we wanted to order everything. We tried to be disciplined but ordered too much food anyways. The must have it the Chicken Tikka Masala... a bit different from what I'm use to but still VERY VERY delicious. I could have just eaten the sauce with nan only. We also got the Aloo Gobi... it brought back so many memories, I could have cried. Our third dish (which was too much food for two people) was the Shrimp saag. It was amazing and also my first time having shrimp in Indian cuisine. Also a staple when eating Indian is Nan! We got both the regular and garlic Nan.
Can't wait to go back!

I came here on a Wednesday night, it was pretty quiet. Then again, it seems like more of a place for lunch then dinner since most of their offers are soups, salads, and sandwiches.
The great thing about this place is that their menu offers lots of organic and vegetarian selections. They also like promoting non-high fructose corn syrup in their foods.
I had a piping hot bowl of vegetable soup. It was a lot heartier than I expected with a ton of vegetables and barley. I had dined in, so I was able to help myself to some complimentary garlic toast from the salad bar. The toast just melted into my soup, it was delicious.
The place is set up where you seat yourself and the food is brought to you after you order at the counter.

I've only been here once but the mocha I ordered was potent. Thumbs up. With the array of baked goods spread across the bar counter, I could not resist and ordered a mint chocolate chip cookie. It made me nostalgic for a (girl scout) thin mint. The cookie was a perfect compliment to my mocha.
