"Not worth the gas" A 10 minute drive from downtown PS.
The inside bar was decent enough, but step into any other location, and you will be disappointed.
The back patio was dark, creepy, cruisy and scarey. Maybe I would feel differently if the clientele where something to look at. The outside bars where cheaply put together, with some drinks being served out of K-mart style rolling coolers.
Don't get me wrong, cruisy bars have their place, but this place was just nasty with strange, sketchy and creepy visitors.
We ordered the "Big Dick" (which we assumed would be a "big" drink.) Instead, for $8.00, we had a small plastic cup that was 2/3rds ice and 1/3 watered down drink.

The atmosphere was, of course, centered around water and water-falls. It was modern, clean and comfortable with table, bench, and bar seating.
The menu was easy to read, and the food was, in a word, DELISH!!! During the Summer, they have a 3 for 30 menu (3 course dinner for $30 bucks.. you can't beat it in PS!!) The best items on the menu at the Falls will always be their Prime steaks or seafood.
A definite MUST-DO for dinner while in PS. You will not be disappointed.

Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
Category: Transportation
If you visit PS in the Summer, you'll leave the heat in the valley and experience temps in the 70s and 80s.
If you visit PS in the cooler seasons, you leave the 70s and 80s of the valley to the 30s and 40s of the mountains, with snow in the winter.
For about $30, you can get a Tram ticket and dinner at the buffet at the top. The Tram ride is awesome (take pics!!) and the dinner is, ..... well.....it's just OK.
Walk thru the park trails, take more pics, and visit the giftshop before you leave.
WARNING: The top Tram Station is over 8000 Ft. in elevation. At that elevation, even a healthy heart tends to beat faster, with breaths a little harder to catch. The Tram is NOT recommend for those with health issues , heart problems, or the elderly.
I'll just say that a cold coffee when it's 107 outside is nice enough, and the coffee at Koffi was delicious.
Also, while you're there, go out the back door and check out the Corridor shops and courtyard.
From musicals like Westside Story and Dreamgirls... to cult movies like Rocky Horror ... to skits on Mad TV and Saturday Night Live, Spurline can be a nice alternative to the other clubs in PS.
The bartenders where friendly (often singing along with the videos) and the drinks were decent and not too expensive.
My recommendation would be for the bar to mix things up a bit and have at least one or two nights a week where there are fewer videos and more MUSIC videos (with comedy clips mixed in). That's a practice at the bars here in S. Florida and seems to work very well.
Prior to dinner, just hang out, have drinks, meet new friends and enjoy the eye-candy.
After drinks, have dinner in the dining room next to the bar. I recommend you book reservations as soon as you enter the door. This will give you time to enjoy a drink and still get a table during the Friday night rush.
Definitely a recommended place to check out during your stay in Palm Springs.
The bartenders serve a good drink and were friendly and helpful.
Hunters is close to several other nightspots, coffee shops, stores and hangouts in the center of Palm Canyon night life, with a convenient to walk to places like Spurlines and Wangs, to name two.
Yester-year:
From 1958 until 1995, the hotel was known as Golden Palm Villa. It was the winter home for many repeat guests year after year, most of whom would stay for weeks at a time. In 1995, the property became InnDulge Palm Springs and began catering to a gay male clientele.
Today:
John and Jean-Guy, who bought InnDulge in 1995, were more than friendly (Jean-Guy was the more outgoing one, John a bit more reserved.) In their 28 year relationship, they have spent the last 14 years developing a book of repeat clients while trying their best to welcome newcomers.
Inndulge Palm Springs still features Mid Century Modern architecture of the period, and is listed in the Historic Inns of Palm Springs guidebook. There are 24 poolside rooms of various sizes, with custom designed Southwestern decor surround a clothing optional heated (in winter) and cooled (in summer) pool and 12-man Jacuzzi, both open 24 hours for your enjoyment.
Out & About has awarded Inndulge Palm Springs the Editor's Choice Award for eight consecutive years.
A deluxe room (middle of the road accomodations) has a King sized bed, 1950s original kitchenette, dressing room, with walkin closet, and renovated bathroom. The kitchens are being removed within the next two years and replaced with storage/under cabinet fridge/more up to date fixtures. Although the room could use a bit more updated furnishings, paint and finishes, it was large, clean and more than comfortable.
As noted above, the owners just recently added a pool-cooler, which greatly adds to the comfort of the pool water in the 117 degree heat of the Summer sun. The grounds are private, well groomed with low maintenance plantings (some local) and various tall and short palms.
Each morning at 7am, breakfast is served poolside. It's a great time to talk to new friends, relax and take advantage of the free WIFI service. Happy hour each evening ads a nice touch just before you "do the town".
If you want to stay at a clean, well maintained, friendly and convenient Inn with options for the behaved (and not-so-behaved) traveler, then InnDulge is the place to go. I WILL return!
Tomorrow:
It is public knowledge that InnDulge is for sale, but John and JeanGuy are doing their best to sell to a client(s) that will take it to the next level, maintain it's class, it's client-book and it's reputation in the Warm Sands area. With those goals, the sale could take several years.

Guanabanas Seafood
Categories: Restaurants, Seafood Markets
Recently renovated, Guanabanas features several covered Canabas and other outdoor seating on the edge of an outcropping of the Intercoastal Waterway.
Even on the hottest day (it was 91 when we were there) the Banyon trees, Cabanas, and covered seating with misting-fans made the outdoor location very comfortable.
The food was above-average, but certainly nothing to brag about. But the beautiful location and laid-back, Key West style, Old Florida atmosphere made it all worth while.
Recommended
Pros:
__Location
__Food (ok) (try the Quisadillas)
__Atmosphere (outside, shaded, cool)
Cons;
__Food (was just ok)
__Parking (valet is not recommended, but a free city lot is across the street.)
Ideas:
__If you're on vacation, visit the nearby Burt Reyolds Island, the Jupiter Lighthouse (within sight), or the Beaches of Jupiter nearby.

The menu of Look offered quite a few options with a fantastic menu: from salads to sandwiches, Scampi to Quesadilla,,, and more. We ordered two different salads from the menu. We were not disappointed. They were delicious, fresh and tasty. A nice light lunch in the summer heat of PS.
The drinks from the bar, on the other hand... don't bother, you'll send them back.
The look features both outdoor and indoor seating in the heart of the PS downtown/shopping district, tucked between Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Roads.
I recommend you try Look for a quick lunch while in the heart of downtown PS. Just order your alcohol somewhere else.
