Love the food, but you can't let an obnoxious party dominate the restaurant, and you can't let patrons leave unhappy without making some effort to remedy the situation.

This reminds me of Gary Vaynerchuck's childhood customer service lesson: always make an effort to fix a bad situation at the moment it happens, or you will never have that opportunity again.

Custom Plasma Install exceeded all of our expectations. They were incredibly nice to communicate with when setting up the appointment, arrived early, did a wonderful job - clean and precise, finished early, tested everything thoroughly, and were pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. Can't say enough good things about them. I can't imagine anyone out there does a better job!

Jose can do it all -- he painted our new house, did some carpentry work for us, and even moved all our belongings. He is completely trustworthy, hardworking, efficient, and the best bargain in town. I cannot give Jose a high enough recommendation -- just a great human being and all the people who work with him, like Jesus, Jose, Sam, Eric, and Carlos are top notch.

I remember when this place opened. The apple has fallen so far from the tree that this place is unrecognizable in terms of how they treat patrons. Seriously, I will never go there again after being told to move around about 5 times at the bar on a night that wasn't particularly crowded -- this was after waiting 20 minutes to get into bar that wasn't at capacity. Ridiculous.

I can only comment on the sandwiches because I don't have a medical marijuana card. No complaints about the sandwiches -- probably as good as you'd get anywhere. You'd think by the way the lemmings in San Francisco line up for Ike's that sandwiches are hard to make. They're not.

I saw this on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations and this is the only food in Hawaii that isn't overpriced. They bring a nice twist to the hot dog with their toasted buns and selection of relishes.
