Great lunch experience bento box with Chicken Tempura, susahi and a soup , excellent value for $10 , if i work from home this is going to be my lunch hangout.
This is great service. I thought the gesture was good. They could have just taken my moneyThe owners seem to know the regulars and what they have.
The one time I had bagels they were great too

Tips for the restaurant:
a) Do not present the menu with weekday lunch specials if you do not serve them on Sundays.
b) Sunday lunch is a lean time and it felt like there was less supervision in the restaurant leading to a bit of slow service
Food was great and for food this restaurant should get 31/2 stars. I would go back again and live with slow service. It was very friendly and neverthless enjoyed the meal very much.

They will offer the usual dealer options of paint protection etc and have declined them.I use their service center and Steve Winkler is my favortie service manager. After building some trust in this company I do not stress on going for service or to buy a new car. There has never been any back and forth between salesman and manager and usually 2 to 3 hours or less to complete the transaction. If i remember this right it includes the time we took to test drive the car and choose the car.

If the management of the California Pizza kitchen is reading this review, here are some suggestions:
a) Make the process of service staff getting the drinks seamless, there seems to be some process re-engineering necessary and most restaurants seem to have figured it out.
b) When someone submits a feedback on your website the auto-reply should not automatically apologize, sometimes people want to give you positive feedback as well ;)

The concept is new - a kitbar where the kitchen is in the middle and the guests sit around the kitchen bar. The restaurant wait staff are chef-tenders ( like bartenders get it ;) ) Menu is tapas style. Service is good and friendly, food was tasty - I had the lobster cone. MAy not fill your stomach but try the portabello pizza that was tasty and filling.
I would give this a 4 star but on a second visit , we were left to find our own place and saw only single stools vacant in between other lunch folks. Since we could not find a place for two people together we had to go elsewhere.
I would not discourage you at all. This is a new restaurant and the owner is hands on so they will definitely figure out the seating issue. I want to check Stones Cove also for happy hour.
Don't miss the Chevy Volt charging station outside the restaurant ;)

I came here by coincidence one day when out of desperation fro a shop to replace my punctured tire and these folks were open on a Saturday. Since then I have been going to them for my Acura. It is a small business and they do a good job with friendliness, honesty and complete the job well.
Not your high end - coffee bagel , free wifi while you wait place but reasonable rates come at a different kind of price :)

Great coffee but did not have Splenda . I had the eggs Benedict ( came from a FourSquare tip) and it was great with asparagus and cured smoked salmon. We had ordered a organic mushroom omelette for my friend who liked it a lot. 2 pieces of fruit were a nice touch . I am told the second floor was great to people watch but that section was not open when I visited. prices seemed reasonable . I would have loved to spend some time at the bookstore which had some interesting books.
Not sure if there were any poets here ;) ( You Dc ites know what i mean )

We ordered appetizers - Stuffed mushrooms, Spicy Chipotle Shrimp Flatbread, Chicken Tortilla soup and Wasabi beets. Nice wine list.
The restaurant missed twice - the second glass of wine did not come in time so we cancelled that. The tortilla soup was supposed to be a bowl size but a cup was given. The waiter noticed that very quickly and apologized.
Dessert is a nice small size and a lot of variety. Definitely will go again if I can. Seems to be a new place and reservations recimmended.
