Let me start out by saying, I work a block away and went here after work one day, by myself. They had just opened and I was the only one in the place, so the service was pretty awesome (I should hope so, being the only cusomter!).
The margarita was just meh. And the beans were bad. The rest of whatever I ordered, was pretty forgettable.

I love the daily specials. Tecate is usually pretty cheap, they have delicious cocktails that are a bit pricey, but I suppose worth it for the yums.
Everything I've eaten here has been delicious. Jamaican style wings! AH-MAZNIG. I love the outdoor patio, place never gets too crowded.

Though I've never done it, I still like the idea of a martini and a manicure for $10. I like the decor and I love that there's a photo booth.
Otherwise, *shrug*... just another place I don't really care to go to, all too often. Takes too long to get served a tiny, weak mixed drink that costs probably twice as much as it should. And it's not really a good place for socializing. Dancing, yes. Talking? Go somewhere else.

I walked into this place, ten minutes before closing time, looking for a last minute birthday cake-like thing. The girl behind the counter was incredibly helpful, friendly, and didn't rush me, at all. I ended up leaving with a beautiful piece of artwork called an Almond Francie. It was perfect. Will be going back here next time I need something pastry-like!

This place feels like high school to me. But I still like it, sometimes... with the right company.
The location is convenient, for meeting someone who's coming from the blue line. And I love whatever incense they use, it smells like a fireplace or campfire. Nice and cozy.
The outdoor seating is a nice touch, but it gets so loud and busy at that intersection, it's almost kind of annoying to sit out there.
Two words: Meat Me
Lastly, Dave is the best/nicest bartender, ever.

The food I've had here was OK. I ordered biscuits and gravy once, which came out with ham in it. The menu did not mention anything about ham or bacon. I generally expect biscuits and gravy to only have sausage, if any meat at all. Not a huge fan of ham, so... frowny face.
I can't complain about the bartender who works on Sundays, he's pretty great. And I haven't spent much time here, any other day of the week.

I avoided this place for a really long time, because it was always overflowing with people. Sitting amongst a large group of hipsters and paying more than $2 for a taco is not my idea of a great time.
Finally ended up going and I must say that their guacamole is AMAZING. I would go back, just for that.
Hate that it's cash only. Love that it's mostly outdoor seating.

I am a thrift store fanatic. And this place is like a warehouse, it's amazing! I've never seen such a giant thrift store before. I could spend hours, upon hours in this place, just browsing through clothes.
Recently, they've improved the upstairs too. It used to have a bunch of shitty furniture and crap no one would care about. Now, they are trying to turn it into a sort of vintage area, which is a great idea! But they have a long way to go. There's also a new holiday area up there, too.
Complaints: some racks are waaaay too stuffed and messy, clothes everywhere, literally. And WHY IS THERE NO DRESSING ROOM? A dressing room is completely, absolutely necessary in a thrift store. I have wasted money on shirts I never wear because my judgement of how they would look on me was way wrong, because I couldn't try it on! DUMB.

It's very loud, but oh so delicious. Also, a very wide range of beer selection. It is not the place to go for a chat. However, it IS the place to go for a damn delicious and very filling burger.
