Long Lemming Line, takes for ever to get in for just simple every day food.
No Credit cards... You have to plan to come here if you don't generally carry cash.
Noise! It's loud here and you can't hardly hear people on the other side of the table from you. You'd think with the money they are't speeding in credit card fees they could buy some acoustics.
And over all... The foods just plain old food, nothing special about it, and not really worth all the mentioned above.
I don't know what people see in this place!

This place is good and it's easy to notice it's good based on the line out the door and the long long waiting list.
I'm not sure but I think the people that go here now are those who transcended from our beloved Porch (now gone).
Just remember CASH ONLY or you'll be washing dishes!
Did not enjoy my meal or the quality of food. Won't be going back.

I've driven by this place NUMEROUS times on my way to Nicks. On this particular day I waited way to long to eat. When we arrived it was about noon and was greeted by the normal weekend line (only this was on New Years day and everyone was off and HUNGRY!) So after a few minutes in line when I heard one customer complain and I heard Nick say the wait was 40 minutes I thought to myself.... Today is the day to try Athens West!
When we arrived the place was very sparely patronized at the moment. They had the normal greek fare of kabobs etc. The prices were reasonable. Unfortunately I only give it 2 stars because of their being little direction on where I got my drink cup, and that my first steak kabob was DELIGHTFUL and the second was absolutely dreadful. The mean was tough and grizzly. The chicken combo however on my combo was fairly good. The rice was about a 1.5 out of 10 though.
I think if you are in the mood for fast and greek this is not the place (currently). I much prefer Daphenes.

Today I ate with 4 friends, it took 15 minutes to get drinks, another 10 minutes to get menus, although after ordering the food began to trickle out. The flavour of the food is decent, but the service is slow at best. Additionally I had some hard piece of bone or something in my food that almost broke my tooth.
I won't be going back here. The owner even contacted me about my review for the PCH location, begging for a second chance. I was about to remove the review when I got a Yelper telling me they had the same experience. I really want to like this place, but I don't think they are ready for Prime Time just yet.
Worst of all their dishes are VERY small as compared to other Thai restaurants.

Friendly service, and cheaper than that "Other Cuts" place near the Circle where the crack head lady talks on the phone the whole time that she's not paying attention to the job she's doing on your hair. Also they are like $4 more expensive. Stick with Sams!
