Please tell me there's one Chinese restaurant in Sacramento as good as this one. The Salt & Pepper Chicken is the way to go if it's your first time and you don't mind it a bit spicy.
I can't believe we haven't been here before. Grabbed a chorizo breakfast burrito (served all day!) this morning from the (24 hour) drive-thru and it was great. Definitely has the authentic Mexican-food flavor.
"This place is really good."* If there are other places like this in the Sacramento area please tell me about them. The Sac Rag(.com) sums up my impression the best: "Here's the thing, I'm not interested in going back to Tuli once every blue moon. I want to go there three or four times a week. To me, it's the perfect restaurant."
