The City Limits Diner on Central Avenue in White Plains is in a central location, right across from the County Center, and serves solid fare at an inexpensive price.

It is frequented by business people for breakfast and lunch, and is a great place to take a prospect. My favorite dish is the Mideast platter, a collection of various spreads with pita bread. For breakfast, you really can't go wrong with standard dishes.

The restaurant is always bustling with an enthusiastic clientele, but it is a large area with many tables, and you rarely have to wait. If you're cutting it close to be on time for a business meeting, however, beware because the parking lot fills up very quickly.
