We always order the pizza special - $12.95 for a large pizza and a pitcher of beer or soda. We go for the beer. I forget how much additional toppings cost. The price is reasonable, though. We order the pizza without cheese and add a couple of toppings. Delicious! The slices are cut big and are nice and thin. The crust is excellent. Go to Little Venice with a relaxed attitude - everything is made fresh to order, meaning that you'll be waiting a bit. We love it. With cold beer, even better company, and a beautiful view, what's a few more minutes?
The garlic rolls are garlicky and doughy - just the way I like them. My recommendation is if you order them, make sure that you're really hungry. The rolls are quite filling.
Service is casual, friendly, and efficient.

My fiance and I went for the second time last night. I shall start out by saying that the service is outstanding. Charlie and Molly remembered us and greeted us by name when we walked up to the bar. The food is top-notch. Keep in mind: Lou is a graduate of Johnson and Wales. We started off with the Belgian fries. The fries were seasoned to perfection - not fried too much - just to the point of being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After another round, we decided on a veggie pizza. If you've read one of my other reviews, you will know about the "veggie tax". Guess what - Lou's does not charge a veggie tax. Rejoice, fellow vegans! We ordered the veggie pizza without cheese. Lou loaded the pizza with veggies and even made a nice mound of arugula in the center. He even came out to find out how we liked the pizza. Did we like it? "Like" is understatement. We loved it. It was delicious.
How about the beer? Take your pick. There are a couple of new ones on tap: Chimay Triple and Hazed & Infused. The Hazed & Infused is good. It's almost like an IPA but milder.
Another big plus for Ho Wah: an awesome veggie selection. Their General Tso's tofu is delicious as is their vegetables Hunan style. I had the vegetable chop suey last night and it was delicious. Their vegetable lo mein is not too heavy and has a nice mix of vegetables.

Las Olas Boulevard is right outside the door of the hotel. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is a few short blocks away. The location is excellent.
The parking arrangements could use some work. Parking is available in an adjacent municipal parking garage at a rate of $17.00 a day. The hotel gives you a key card that also acts as a parking pass, allowing in-and-out access throughout your stay. GPS helps to get to the hotel if you're not familiar with the area.
