I have some game-changing news.

TORO WILL CUT THE DELICIOUS CORN OFF THE COB!

Are you like me who hates to eat corn on the cob? It makes a mess, gets in your teeth, and gets all over your hands and clothes? Well, Toro will cut the corn off the cob for you. That's right, a mound of garlicky, cheese, corn-goodness served to you in a bowl. Just when you thought the corn couldn't get any better.

OH yeah, and the cauliflower was the best cauliflower ever. Roasted, with olive oil, pine nuts, and raisins? Simple yet delicious.

One simple and skip-it offering is the brussels sprouts. They were delicious, but not worth the money. You can make just as yummy ones at home pretty effortlessly.

Finally, the paella. Half serving is more than enough for two people.

I effing love Toro.

Easy, fresh, delicious, and lots of variety. What more could you want from a bagel place? Not only do they have lots of flavor varieties, but also mini bagels and whole wheat bagels (including whole wheat everything!) Regular, low fat, fat free, and tofu cream cheese is also available in a ton of flavors. I'm a fan of the tofu veggie with on a whole wheat everything bagel if you want something a bit healthier than the norm.

Iced coffee comes in three flavors. If you ask for sugar, by default they MELT the sugar, just an FYI if that's not how you want it to come...

Loads of other baked goods like bagel twists, coffee cake, muffins, knishes, and more!

Takes credit cards!

It seems as though they changed their menu from being truly Turkish to Turkish-inspired. At first, I was a little disappointed, as it seemed to be missing all the Turkish staples I enjoy. However, after our Paella, stuffed eggplant (only the large option was available) and scallops were brought to our table, we were very satisfied.

The presentation was beautiful and the food was quite good. I wished the scallops were a little larger, and the cauliflower rissoto was a bit strange (and cold), but overall, my scallops were good. The stuffed eggplant stole the show- filled with spiced couscous, roasted peppers, goat cheese, and all sorts of deliciousness. I'd highly suggest the stuffed eggplant for a group to share or a vegetarian to eat on their own.

Check their Facebook and Twitter - they often have specials and we saved 30% by mentioning their Twitter promotion.

Great addition to the Inman Square neighborhood, and if I lived in the neighborhood, I'd likely be there often.

Starbucks

The service and coffee here is fine, but there are much better Starbucks locations in Boston... this one earns its two-star review for the following:

1.) Allowing strange people to crash the patio. If you have five chihuahuas and no coffee, you should not be allowed to set up shop for hours with a hammock you let your dogs snuggle in.

2.) Music selection. Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, and Christina Agueilera played one after another after another. I'm not even kidding.

3.) Downstairs area is just gross.

4.) Upstairs area is also just... gross.

For BAR FOOD, Amrhein's is pretty awesome. I'd heard so much about their Lobster Mac and Cheese and Pumpkin Rissoto, but didn't realize how incredibly close it was to the T! Literally a two minute walk from the Broadway T stop.

The Mac and Cheese is AWESOME. Get the half order, it's more than enough! The cavatelli is the perfect noodle, and they're quite generous with the amount of lobster. Super cheesy inside, and crispy thick crust on top... YUM. SO GOOD!

Buffalo chicken stuffed potato skins. Just do it.

Service was eh. That being said, I'm going back tomorrow for more Lobster Mac and Cheese!

(Forget Saint. This isn't Saint. It's Storyville, so stop talking about a place called Saint)

Storyville is a great place for you to go and get your groove on in Boston. It's centrally located, plays awesome dance music, and the cocktails are by FAR the best cocktails you'll have at any dance club. Sure, you can get your Bud Light or G&T, but their cocktail menu rivals Eastern Standard, Drink, and other places with seriously legit cocktail programs. Ryan is THE MAN - just tell him what flavors you like (or don't like) and he'll whip up something insanely delicious.

I can't wait to come back on a week night and indulge in some of their food and relax at the bar and savor more of their cocktail creations!

AWESOME DELIVERY! Not only is the quality and price on-par with my favorite Suishaya down the street, but they deliver at super-fast speed to Beacon Hill. For $15, I got three rolls, miso soup, and salad (along with an eff-ton of soy sauce and multiple mints). Ordering was super easy, dude on the phone was fluent in English, took my credit card, and kept calling me "dear".

We love this place!
