Great hotel. It's maybe in need of some new room furniture and carpeting, but it's very clean. Everything works. Rooms including bathroom are huge and all amenities are there, also fast Internet, wired and wireless. Has a refrigerator in the room. Includes a hot excellent complimentary breakfast as well.

The AC works just fine, it's maybe a bit noisy, but at night you don't need it, just open the windows. As the nights are pretty cool here.

Spend 13 nights in a row here with no effort. Everything is nearby, and it's nice and quiet, even with the big roads nearby. Stayed on the first floor at the parking side of the building on top of the drive-thru. Free ample parking as well.

Staff is friendly and attentive.

The hotel and it's internal design is... Well... It's nice, it's well thought about and "chic". Not sure about the German references in the breakfast room though... Probably the owners are proud Germans and love Helmut Kohl... Which is fine. High quality finishing, someone did put some effort in here during building, it shows.

And yeah, the statues in the hallways have their bits hanging out, which I find funny and not an issue. It's "art".

Would advice this hotel to everyone and won't hesitate to book it again.

I was missing a bar, which sometimes is just handy if you traveling solo and don't want to drive. Lots of bars near in walking distance though. No mini-bar either.

Schwarzbier is nice, a tad to light to my taste. The Amber is a strong winner though.

Combined with the Kobe Cheeseburger and Garlic fries, good for a very positive food/drink coma feeling...

Terrace/Outside is nice, but no sun and lots of traffic noise... View on the Bay Bridge is gaining points... But it's not the ideal terrace... Minus 1 star for that.

Staff is cheerful and attending in the way i like it...

Prices are A-Ok.

Pizza Chain which is actually very good. This one doesn't feel like a chain and has a good offering. The romana pizza's are amazing.

Amazing South Indian food in a relaxed environment. The Kayal fish soup is to die for!

Great food and home-brewed beer. Go upstairs to the restaurant. The pub is always to noisy and busy.

This is just a very consistent, steady and trustworthy place... It seems to be run down yes, but I never had any issues getting my stuff washed in a proper way. The owner rocks indeed.

Before I left the area 2 years ago, I've been there hundred of times. Actually I will go there as I will be visiting the area for two weeks in a row, and want to pack light... Meaning I have a reason to visit, and I will :-)

Worst coffee ever!

Serve Pete's coffee. It's okay, nothing special. Nice terrace.

This area is amazing... Very good hicking/bicking possible. Very quiet. Not many people visit this area... Great parking spot up Umuhum mountain for taking pictures of the valley/SJ.

Amazing location, if you like hiking and the bridge, park your car nearby and just have a walk!
