I was kept in CDU overnight for pain control for a kidney stone while 22 weeks pregnant. When I first came in everyone was absolutely wonderful. I came mid day and there was absolutely no wait, I got right back and was immediately seen and diagnosed and even administered pain medication in under 20 minutes to which has NEVER happened to me.
I'm currently still in CDU, which is a crappier part of the hospital in my opinion. I stayed two days and I don't have my own bathroom, or even a door. Lights are left on and you can hear everyone's conversations which sucks, but hey...it's a hospital. There are tons of sick people.
The doctors for the most part have been amazing. They give you business cards with pictures of them, and their name, so that you remember (and obviously write a decent review (; ) Some of the nurses need a lesson in respect, but I would totally recommend this place.
I will be having my twin boys on the L&D floor in November, so expect another review!!
Had a terrible order and called to complain. They told me the next time I came through to bring my receipt and the whole order would be replaced. Well I took it back and the manager was like "no, that's too much food" excuse me what?! He gave me everything back but the drinks. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. We called corporate for the rude behavior.
Absolute best pizza I've ever had. I will always chose this place. They're pizza is thin crust and cooked literally to perfection. Not too well done, not mushy. Good amount of sauce. Their appetizers are really good too!
We found bed bugs in our room on the 5th floor...maintenance did absolutely nothing. They said since we only saw one they weren't going to do anything about it. It was disgusting. Do not stay here unless you want to be eaten alive by bed bugs. He even disclosed that they had previously had bed bugs. So great.
I came in through the ER and waited SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS! The only reason I stayed that long was because my OBGYN was concerned and I'm six weeks pregnant. I got back into a room and the doctor came in and I explained that my OB wanted me to come in and that he was going to admit me and he just told me that's not how this works and was already working on sending me home. I started crying because I was in pain and I had no idea what was going on and I just wasted a whole lot of my time. I begged him to call my doctor and he finally gave in! My doctor admitted me immediately and did multiple tests. Most of the nurses were amazing but there were a few that didn't really speak English that were just assholes to me. And then when they found out I was pregnant at twenty and not married they made rude remarks on why I should have waited. The two nurses that spoke English were very very nice. Brittany and Jacquelyn. I was on the 9th floor. If you ever get them as a nurse you are in very good hands! I stayed for two days. Three including all my time in the ER, but I'm finally going home. My babies are safe and I am safe! I plan on delivering here and I really hope the nurses I have are a lot nicer than the 2 non English speaking ones I had here. I swear I'm not racist either. It just really irked me that they had the audacity to say something about how I'm pregnant and not married.
