In two words? Crumb scrapers.

That's the level of service you get here and the type of experience you'll have. But, that's also the kind of money you'll spend. Go in with that expectation and you'll have a fantastic time.

I've been here several times for special occasions because it serves the best food I have ever eaten. It's especially nice because they'll do vegetarian fare without making you feel like you're getting the short end of the meal stick. Done so well that I do my best to avoid palate guilt. You know, that bad feeling you have when there is anything but white space left on your plate once filled with amazing food. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't licked the my serving dish at least once.

I'd go on naming all the savory miracle foods I've consumed here, but their menu changes fairly frequently so to name something now might mean I'm simply teasing your taste buds later.

Oh, and for the boozy folks among those reading this, their wines, cocktails and beers are totally rad. I have only had the cheaper half bottles of wine, a few beers and some cocktails all of which were good.

Do not call this place expecting food to be delivered to your house. After calling, putting in my order, and giving them my address I was put on the phone with their driver. He apparently needed directions to my house. Now that's never happened to me before, but I was hungry (and still am!) so I went along with it. I then had to spend 10 minutes explaining how to get to my house. It's really not hard and involves all of four turns. Once I explained where it was he promptly told me "that's too far,  it's more than four miles." He then asked if I wanted to drive over there, which I refused. Why drive to them when they're supposedly a delivery place? Screw that.

Also, upon Googling it, I found out that I was less than four miles away from them.

To make matters worse their website is slow and their online menu is really poorly arranged.

Never again.

Purely from a food standpoint I would give this nursing home one star. Maybe. But, lucky for them, their physical therapy has been very good. They won't let you whine your way out of it. They work you out, but not to the point of utter exhaustion. Just extreme sleepiness. Their staff is very accommodating with everything but their wifi. They have a network, but the IT department won't let you use it. They don't even let the staff use it. Also their computer stations are incredibly slow and are without necessary software. But, I digress. They do well with the really important things, just not the nice-to-haves.

Love that they had several veggie options. Their spinach empanada was very tasty as it was full of delicious spinach and cheese. I liked the vegetarian less, but it was still good. I'm sure it's the better choice if you go there a lot because they switch up the fillings for it frequently. Either were quite satisfying.

Keep in mind to bring cash because that's all they accept and the atm inside charges an extra 2.50.

Tired of the same old over commercialized Taekwondo and Karate? Make those places truly a thing of the past by taking a tax-deductible trip to an ancient state of mind to learn Kung Fu. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it isn't. If you can stomach the initial fees of $150 (uniform + sign-up fee) and make the commitment for a membership longer than 6 months then you can count your membership cost as a donation to the temple and the monks who work there. And, really, that's exactly what you're doing. You're not only helping these fellas pay their bills, but you're helping yourself both physically and mentally. Plus the weapon racks in there look really cool.

Once you've paid you get a crash course in Kung Fu. These monks aren't shy about throwing you into the mix as soon as you start. That may feel overwhelming at first, but the one-on-one attention you receive really helps to counteract that feeling. However, keep in mind that just because they don't ease you in doesn't mean that they are going to rush you through their belt system. They will correct you every step of the way and if you start getting lazy in your stances these shaved-head sifu won't hesitate to let you know.

The day will usually start with warm-ups and stretching, which usually means jogging around, doing basic kicks, ballet-type stretches, normal stretches, push-ups, and sit-ups. Now that the blood is flowing you move into working on drills that test your technique so make sure you pay attention and don't get lazy! You'll finish the day off by cooling down and some more stretching.

If you're feeling more adventurous there are also sparring classes. Or, for the less adventurous they have private lessons. In all the programs, at least from what I have heard, they teach you some basics about meditation and general wellness along with all that cool Kung Fu.

What's not to like about walls covered in bottle after bottle of hot sauces? They have tons of bottles already opened for sampling some of which require you to prove you're over 18. I only wish they didn't reek of chain store-ness, but instead had an eau du local.

I feel weird rating an Apple store from an Android phone. Especially because my experience here had zero to do with purchasing anything. I usually avoid these stores like the plague because they are packed with people and this occasion was no different.

The only reason I ventured into this sanctuary of all things Mac was to return a iPhone I found in a park. They took a little while to figure out how to handle my request but eventually figured it out. I also felt a bit odd when they offered to give it to me if they couldn't find the rightful owner.

Basically, I felt this was a standard Apple store and I really dislike them on the whole. It does deserve some some cred for accepting the phone and presumably finding the owner.

Giant church with plenty of seating. I go there on occasional for Christmas mass as I am a CEO (Christmas and Easter Only) Catholic. Only problem is that it has got the potential to be crazy crowded, which means parking sucks.

They definitely have the best website compared to other local churches. You can actually tell when they'll have mass.

Bonus if you're a Spanish speaker because they have a mass entirely in Spanish on Christmas, which I went to and understood most of it. Too bad I didn't know any of the songs!

Better, in my eyes, than the Exxon station across the street. It either has cheaper prices or the same price as it. Not much else to say about it except that it carries diesel fuel, kerosene and has a vacuum cleaner for your car (coin operated) but those are all pretty standard gas station things.

Very convenient location right off 495's route 1 exit. Too bad both exits/entrances are to one way streets. Also, their price isn't that great as you can often get equal or cheaper across the street at the Hess station.
