What I love about these guys, beyond the great food is that they do a lot of social good, like Pancake fundraisers. A great bunch of people - you'll always feel welcome there.

I mistakenly went there to pick up an order of balloons that someone else phoned in. When they didn't have any record of the order, I mentioned that it might have been placed at a competitor, but wasn't sure. Tom, the manager, filled the balloon order for free order saying "don't worry about it, it's just balloons and you need to get to your birthday party." He totally trusted me to come back and pay for the balloons if the order was placed elsewhere, which it was actually was - at iParty (oops!).
