location: 10 (as good as it gets)
now the juicy part: the are making a mistake by taking guests in a room where noice and wind are part of the combo. The room is pretty good and spacious with a desk and 2 sofas. Bathroom pretty good as well. Big TV confy bed.
Still: its unacceptable that the room has no isolation from the outside. (I stayed at room 306). Unlucky me, I was there the exact day that a big snow + wind storm hit NYC. THere was no way I could stop the wind to cool the entire room and the window that allow this wind is right beside the bed. To make things worst, there is a huge aire compressor right outside the window, so every 5 minutes the noise came in.
The manager from this hotel should either stop renting this room, even if they are auctioning for $100 on priceline. They are affecting the entire hotels reputation, which would have been good if it wasnt for what I described above.
