After closing with them work, place and price just did not show up and did not answer phones and messages.

This was my second time using Roadway moving and as usual was very happy with this decision. I have a store in NYC that needed to relocate, the store was a large duplex commercial space with very expensive equipment and a lot of merchandise too. They wrapped up everything very carefully and professionally. Until we move-in to our new location, we use their storage services which is a great solution and very convenient in our case.
Roadway moving met all of our expectations, and our experience with them overall was very good. They showed up on time, were very efficient and got the job done in best possible way. We won't hesitate to use them again.

Writing from my latest experience, I would highly recommend, returning your leased car to a different location.
I made all necessary enragements( calling ahead, making appointment , having the inspection done, and even returned the car 9 days before the lease was due, with all required documentation .!!
The car was not marked as returned, and the account was not marketed as paid in full , and closed for weeks, not until I noticed the issue, and HAD to make numerous calls to Infiniti financial, and the local dealership , explaining, proving and coordinating between them,
That the issue was resolved.
Customers who stick by the agreement , should not have their credit score or rating affected, because of miscommunication, and negligence by Infiniti,
Very disappointed and frustrated, from this experience, and all the extra work I had to do just to have them get it right!
