#1-Food was undercooked. Shrimps were translucent in the shrimp fried rice. Not a single one of the 30 or so was cooked.
#2-Chicken in the chicken wonton soup was still skin-intact with hair. Yes...with hair.
#3-The "shredded pork" on fried noodles resembled a mushroom soup tossed over matchsticks.
#4-Watching the kitchen staff open a stored package of "fresh" chow mein noodles and bring handfuls up to their nose to smell, then place right back in the package.
#5-Watching a customer return a mis-made order, getting an argument from the hostess, then she brought the returned food into the back where it was re-heated and combined with some others being brought to tables.
#6-The "pork wonton" that came with the pork and shrimp wonton soup was actually 95% shitake mushrooms. I hate mushrooms.
#7-The portions of the $7 soups were about HALF of what you get ANYWHERE else. They were small, small, small.
Just don't go here. There are lots of other places who want your business and won't kill you.

Fresh bread was excellent. Waiter was excellent. Food was on average very good with only a couple of minor complaints.
Pizza Siciliana-EXCELLENT
Chicken Parmigiana-Good
Cheese Ravioli-Good
I checked out the kitchen for about 10 minutes and was suitably impressed. Everything was being called out well and everyone was working together. No Hell's Kitchen here...tonight anyway.
Deliveries were flying out of there every few minutes. Lots of pizza boxes stacked. In the hour we were there, I counted 5 people picking up food as well. Nobody was waiting for more than a few minutes.
As we were leaving, someone got a calzone that was friggin' huge! It was a SMALL! I'm going to HAVE to get this next time. And a plate full of bruschetta came out looking spectacular.

We were seated within minutes, had appetizers on the table within minutes, drinks within minutes, and our food within minutes. Even with a server change, this visit was great.
The food was also excellent. I set my standards low considering it's a chain, but I was extremely impressed with everything. Shrimp of all kinds were done perfectly, drinks were well done, soft drinks were well carbonated...so on. Garlic breads were very good, and we even ordered one more and had it on our table within 2 minutes. I don't even know how they pulled that off considering how packed the place was.
I'm not going to detail everything out, but suffice it to say that for the entire party, this was one of the best meals we have had in a long time.
We ordered a number of items, including a Meat Calzone that was excellent. A small pizza was very good, though I would have rather seen a little less sauce. Salads were big, well prepared...so on. Kids meals were good as well.
Our server was excellent, but he said he was on his way out to a real job as a firefighter. Too bad.
Atmosphere...well...how do I put this? WHY THE HELL do places think that putting a large table next to the kitchen and in the main traffic aisle counts as appropriate. Let me wait a couple of extra minutes so you can think about how stupid this is and adjust accordingly. Instead of scooting in every couple of seconds so your staff can clear the large trays of food and dishes above my head, how about keeping the aisle clear? Hmmm?
One more annoyance about this visit. The bar area was busy, and apparently the staff find no issue with patrons going less than 1 foot outside the door to smoke. #1-it's against the law, #2-It's offensive, #3-it's against your policies. Grow a pair...deal with it. And to the manager who made me feel like an ass for even mentioning this, though he did deal with it, a reminder...patrons like me don't come back when crap like this happens, regardless of the food quality.
My biggest complaint...they're too nice...to the point of nausea. Look...it's OK if you want to open the door and great me, but then the person right behind you did the same thing...then the person right behind her. Then the waitress...then the manager...then the hostess again. Give me a break. I must have been there right after "politeness training" or something, but they apparently forgot the part about "everything in moderation."
Ordered a custom medium pizza, large cheese and an order of baked ravioli. $40 for the set. Decided to takeout and not stay...I agree that this is a small Mom & Pop place and our family doesn't all fit at one table.
Pizzas were very good, lots of stringy cheese. Sauce could have used some more flavor, but I kicked it up with some peppers. Crust was excellent...and I'm a big critic of crusts. Ravioli was good, smotheres with lots of sauce and mozzarella cheese. Garlic bread was a bit dry, but soaking up the sauce helped.
I'd absolutely come here again, and considering the crap pizzas you get from the other local places, it 's a no-brainer. However, if I'm looking for an excellent pizza and a bit more variety of other foods, Tony & Alba's is just a mile up the road.

This visit was a disaster.
I agree with the other reviewers that all the drinks taste the same...like the sherbet. The flavors are overpowering, and not in a good way. Imagine...Orange Julius, without the expectations of consistency.

It would be great if there were more information available on-site because this really is a huge park in the middle of The Sunset.
