The good: The food was decent. It was $8.50 for my half sandwich, bowl of soup, and potato salad.

The bad: The manager was quite rude to the staff, even in front of customers. In the middle of ordering my sandwich, the manager walked away. Then another staff member came up and I ordered again, but he explained the cheap sandwich/soup deal and I changed my order. Ten minutes later, the manager walked up with my original order. He never asked what I wanted on it, what bread I wanted, or if I wanted anything extra. He just walked away and created who knows what. I apologized and explained I finished my order with someone else. He blankly stared at me. Stared. At. Me. Then said, "Who did you order with so I can yell at him later?" I couldn't answer. Who would answer that? What manager would say that? The other staff member gave me my order, I paid, sat down to eat and ... what was that? I hear him scolding the staff for actually helping me. He said they were idiots. It was so incredibly rude and heartbreaking.

It's a convenient location for me, but I won't ever be back based on how the manager treats his staff. The staff deserves better than having him as a manager.

Also, everything was served on styrofoam, which is just ridiculous.

I have used Bill's Moving Services twice now -- once to move from one third floor apartment to another, and most recently on a two-stop move. Everyone was really great and helpful. Moving my stuff in a one bedroom apartment and my boyfriend's in a studio into our new three bedroom apartment took four hours, just as Bill estimated. My boyfriend has a 50" television and the movers handled it with ease. The movers were great around my dog. I don't want to move again any time soon, but if I did, I would definitely use them again.

Get your teeth cleaned while you watch Judge Judy! There are televisions EVERYWHERE. No, really, EVERYWHERE. The folks here are great, I made a personal connection with everyone, although obviously small and brief, but it's great to talk about iPads and Pennsylvania and puppies before having chunks of tarter scraped off.

This is the first dentist I have ever seen that allows walk-ins.

Yes, it is worth the wait.

The High Street Pub is one of the best things to have ever happened to Bellefonte. It's a great little restaurant with FANTASTIC food. Brunch is served until 9pm and is DELICIOUS. Seasonal drink list highlights local and fun specials. On cold nights, grab a seat by the fire. There is a big television to watch the game. The restaurant accommodates large parties. Live music some nights.

Terrific coffee in a great Bellefonte location. Free wifi, great chai and friendly service. This is my favorite lounging spot in town.

The Bike Repair class is essential for all cyclists. Very informative and helpful.

In response to Jen: I'd like to know how you stopped having me as a client after I canceled service because one of your walkers let my dog outside of a Post Office when she was running errands.

Don't use them. Just don't. The pricing is inconsistent, the service is shady, and they are very rude. Show owner comment »

I have been converted.

I needed paint to touch up the walls of my apartment (the former tenant wrote on the walls - probably when high - lovely) and I only had a tiny paint chip. The team at this store worked very hard to mix exactly the write shade of off-white to match. They tried again and again and when I said "close enough," they said, "no, it's too yellow" and tried again. They worked much harder than most people would for only a $6 sale. I just finished painting over the former tenants poetic musings, and guess what? The color is perfect! I love this store!

Aside from mixing paint, they also make keys and have all hardware essentials. Great neighborhood hardware store. Much better than Economy, easily.
