I rented a car from Gary Ghiotto at the Ellis St. office on February 3, but wanted a hybrid. Gary recommended that I call other Hertz offices in San Francisco. I did finally find one a hybrid in the Beach Street and went to exchange it for the one just rented. Ron noticed that the particular code of my rental didn't allow the exchange because the Beach St. franchise was somehow detached from the Ellis St. location. He called Gary Ghiotto who arranged the transfer.
These guys provide the extra service and it's important to get to know them.

My wife had a PAP test with our old OBGYN, and had to take a second test to confirm that all was ok. The problem is we switched health insurance coverage via COBRA and the same health insurance company wouldn't cover her due to her taking the second test. Our old OBGYN wasn't very helpful in explaining to our health insurer that the second test confirmed that all was normal. This led to the insurer requesting two consecutive new tests six months apart.
Dr. Massa performed the new tests, and the insurers continued to try to block coverage. Eventually Bonni was able to explain the situation and my wife was provided coverage.

This is the coffee shop where I meet people. It's a kind of a coffee dive, but it's large and has wifi. Hate to say this, but I like Starbucks a tad better. Parking is sometimes a problem, at best you can park at the Safeway on 7th/Cabrillo.
