If they didn't have decent business printing rates and weren't so close, I'd can 'em.

Customer service and communication is where they lose it. It hasn't really been the best, but the manager, who is foreign- is THE RUDEST person ever. He has 0 customer service skills and I can't understand how he can be a manager, let alone working with people at all.

On Friday I had emailed them a flyer for them to make a proof of. Today I had called to ask if it was ready, as I received no response last Friday. The manager was the one that answered the phone- my first encounter with him. He said that they couldn't send me the proof via email, that I had to go in to look at it and that it was there waiting. I told him, after he repeated himself several times, I understand that, but that I never recieved notification of when it was ready. He never apologized, just said that it was ready and I could come by and look at it.

I went over and when I saw the proof it was not formatted the way I had it- not necessarily their fault, but they didn't let me know ahead of time that they had printed it and that it didn't look right. So I had to fix it and resend it to them. This time, they let me know when the proof was ready.

In going down there again, I dealt with the manager. The proof looked good so I had him make the copies while I waited. When the copies were done, he acted like he was going to ring me up, but I explained that, as I said in the email, that we have an account and I told him what account it was under. He said "Who opened the account?" And I told him the owner of the company. Then he replied "Well, how do I know you aren't just someone coming in here asking for copies? How do I know?" I said "I sent you the email that has all of the info! The address, the business, the account name....!" Finally, one of the guys who I have dealt with many times before came around the corner and I said to the manager "That guy knows who I am!" And the manager asks him if he knew me and he said yes. Then the manager says "Oh, it's okay then."

..............................WTF????????????????? ??

I was so happy that guy (Richard) came around so that I could mentally slap the manager. Richard ended up wrapping up my visit instead. I just have to laugh at the fact that there is actaully a soul that has no people skills at all. I will NOT put up with that crap!

Ineeda Heartattackonaplate. I did not find one disappointment.

When we walked in to order, the lady at the register asked my son if he wanted to use his name or his favourite animal. I told him to use both- because his middle name is Fox. That was the name they'd use to call when our order was ready. She was very friendly and patient. She told my son how to fill his own water, but then asked if he was really  thirsty, so she got him a big cup with ice.

After we ordered, we sat down in front of the 'auto shop name patches'- I had to take a picture. Then I read the Compostables note hanging above the food waste can. (You have to read it). You actually take care of your own plates, cups, food waste, etc. when you are done.

When I got my burger (I just ordered the plain ol burger), I was expecting a normal burger. But...WOW. That sauce they put on there was like a party in my mouth! It had a nice zest to it. From what the boys said, they said the onion rings were perfect!

I liked the openness with the deck for the summer. The place was almost packed, but it wasn't chaotic.

Now I wouldn't say this was the best burger in the world, but it's definitely in the top 5 and wouldn't hesitate to go back here again.

Bought Groupons for my partner and my son to do the paddle boarding lessons. Though I've been great friends with the truly laid back surfers, I've experienced plenty of times where they can be quite cocky, so I came secretly prepared just in case. I was so happy to find out pretty much immediately how cool Andrew and the crew was. Andrew (same name as my son) was very personal and introduced him individually to everyone, even me. And he treated my son as I requested- an adult in a kid-sized body. He didn't make him feel like too much of a child.

And when Andrew asked me if I were going with too (since they had 9 out of 10 people), I said no- I didn't have money or my swimsuit. He offered me a wetsuit and to send a check. It was somewhat tempting, but it was a hot day and I still couldn't afford $70 right now. That was really nice of him, though.

The only disappointing thing is that the 2 hr lesson & tour ended up only being about an hour physically on the water. Not sure if that's normal, but was curious.

My boyfriend and I will definitely take up on the 2-hr paddle board rental for $30 sometime, though,  for sure. Being there brought back fond memories of my younger years and I really want to get back to my roots.

I wanted a pool over a lake. I wanted the sun. This was pretty much our only nearby option.

I was thankful to read up on reviews beforehand to prepare me. As advised, we wore our swimsuits there and arrived a half hour before session time. I was surprised that it wasn't too busy and crowded, but we did go to the earlier session.

I laid out and sunbathed for a bit while my son jumped right in a swam around. Finally he coaxed me to get in, and I am so glad I did. The temperate was amazingly perfect- easy to just jump right into.

The staff seemed super nice, and overall facility is clean. I will definitely come back here again. :)

Peanuts. Southerness. Peanuts. Melt-in-your-mouth bread. Loudness. Peanuts. That sums it up.

Pretty decent food, fabulous service, the rolls ARE to die for, as the reason why my brother wanted to have his "24th" bday here with the whole family entourage on a very busy Sunday afternoon.

I loved the peanuts on the floor.

My folks used to shop at the Tacoma one when I was young and I hated it, but now being an adult- especially a single mom, I really appreciate this place. Should've been $100. Walked out saving $55. Holy cow, I knew we should've started shopping here sooner. And it helped us expand our horizons on food. AND they had my ultimate breakfast snack: Blueberry Unfrosted Pop Tarts! I had to buy 4 boxes!

Only thing is I wish it was more organized, it's just a bit scattered in places, but the funny thing is- I recall the exact same layout of the Tacoma one when I was a kid. That part hasn't changed.

This place has me sold. Aside from the blah produce and meat, this place is a winner. And, yes, I felt a little ghetto going to this one, but I plan to check out the Crown Hill one to see if it's any better, being newer and not on Aurora.

This place is decent as far as price and selection. We mainly just come here to get our fruits & veggies. I like the array of unique and exotic produce as well, but for some of the general produce the quality could be better. Most often than not, the lettuce and spinach is completely wilted and the green beans are mediocre. The berries are still on the high end for the amount you get.

I do love the fact that they have my butter coconut crackers, though- yum!

The service is fast and friendly, the place could use an uplift, and the location isn't ideal, but it works.

We will continue to go here, but I hope they find a way to better preserve some of their produce.

The 3 stars are for the actual experience of jumping and trampolining, but you must read the warning at the bottom. I'd give it 5 if I were just rating it based on the trampolining. It was so much friggin fun, I felt like a kid again. Especially doing flips into the foam pit until I felt diseased and dirty.

We purchased the Groupons to try it out, hearing how much fun it is.
This place is an absolute blast for kids and adults alike- and a great place for teens to go, have fun, keep fit, and stay out of trouble. They have one huge trampoline arena, then one special for dodgeball, and then the foam pit area. There's also another small trampoline area, but that wasn't open when we were there, so I don't know exactly what it's used for.

You sure get tired fast, and it gets very hot and muggy in there, unless you are right under the huge propeller fans. But just to jump around and be silly while also getting exercise- this place is genius.

HOWEVER, BIG WARNING:...Either I got the jackass of a manager that night, or bringing your kids (or not-so-much kids) here for the first time is a B*****!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my son, his friend, and my pseudo-stepdaughter. My son's friend was a last-minute thing because my SO had to get a tooth pulled earlier that day, so I forgot to have his mom complete a parent waiver. I also forgot to print and bring in the ones for my son and stepdaughter. Even though it was my fault for forgetting the parent waivers, it was hell. I had to call the friend's parent to complete one, scan, and email it in to them. Then the manager and staff were saying that you need to show proof that your kids are yours. WTF??? I had to tell them I had no way of proving that my son and stepdaughter were truly mine, except my son had the same last name as me, but how the hell could I prove that my stepdaughter was mine? After a half hour of all of this, they finally took my word for it and let us in. I made sure they let us do the next session time so that we wouldn't be cut short and they were okay with that. Honestly- I can understand liability and all, but this goes a little too far. To have an attending adult there or previous in-person delivery of signed consent from the parent/guardian should be good enough.

That is one thing that deters me from going back here again, but now that we are all in their system with consent forms, it won't be as hectic. Plus it is so damn fun. :)

So I've been here a couple times just to have some xrays and issues checked out. Wasn't very impressed at first, but it came to the point where I had to get an extraction. I started shopping around, but I was in so much pain, that I just had to get it done and they had all of my xrays, etc., so I just went.

I must say that they were quick, friendly, honest, and communicative about all of it. I was there to get my tooth out no matter what, and that's what they did. The part that was the worst is when they numbed me- the extraction itself was painless and only took 10 minutes. They walked me through step-by-step on what they were doing. No need for laughing gas since this was a molar and not a wisdom tooth, but they will do laughing gas for wisdom teeth.

First tooth extraction was a breeze thanks to this team. Though it wasn't Dr. Chothia himself, I was please with the OS who did it for me. I thanked her a bunch. And she said I was a trooper. :)

They must hire fishermen, salespeople, and comedians here.

They lure you in when you are new to town and starving. They offer great specials. And they are willing to switch out your lemonade that had a bug in it with a 'vegan' version. But they really do need to get some simple things like strawberry or raspberry lemonade or...say...pineapple juice! :p

Aside from that, price was reasonable, and so was the food. Nothing spectacular, but I wouldn't not eat here again.

Mahalo for great service and a first great meal!
