I'm here all the time for lunch. Great staff, enormous menu. Fera's is your basic Buffalo lunch deli place and their menu reflects that. There is a dining room if you want to eat in, and they make your food pretty quickly if you want to take out.
I usually order their turkey sub, which is excellent. It isn't huge, but a great size for lunches. Their corned beef on rye is recommended as well. My co-workers often go in for the soup of the day, and are rarely if ever disappointed. Also, they have really good potato salad.
They are open early for breakfast, and have a large breakfast sandwich menu.

I grew up on this stuff, and last weekend decided to make a nastalgic visit to the restaurant's East Aurora location for dinner. We arrived during the busy part of a Saturday dinner rush but managed to snag both a parking spot and a table very quickly. There were parties of more than two that had to wait.
The inside of the place is warm and very friendly. E. Aurora is a small town, and the clientele reflects that.
The pizza there is to die for. It's the standard Buffalo style thick crust stuff, and Pasquale's sauce really stands out. Ordering a garlic pizza (regular pizza with red sauce and cheese, just with diced garlic as a topping) as somewhat challenging, but I don't think it's too common of a thing for Western New York so it was good that they were able to deliver on that.
Their wings are my favorite. I love the flavor, and the 'hot' are just hot enough to be good.
Service was a little slow for our tastes, but I understand it was a wicked busy time, and our server did the best she could. It's been much faster during slower days in the past, so I wouldn't use my experience to judge what yours will be with that.
All in all it was a great, affordable, and comfortable way to spend dinner.

Other home inspectors we have dealt with in the past have given houses the once over, or given us waay too much opinion and waay too little fact. This guy gives us a lot of information, gives us an idea of how important some things are compared to others, and gives extremely thorough reports at the end of it all. He shows up every time ON TIME, he is very courteous with both us (buyers) and the sellers and their property. He never sugar coated issues that were found, but he also found issues that I thought were bigger that he explained weren't so much.
I've learned along the way with home inspections that you really need to know (or to learn!) your stuff, and the home inspector isn't there to give you a strong opinion of what he thinks, but is more there to give you enough information to make informed decisions. Also, Adam's reports have become something of a Homeowners Manual for us, giving us a list of the things going on with the house, and the things that will eventually need repair or replacement.
If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and affable home inspector in the Western New York area, you can't go wrong with A Plus Home Inspections (Adam). Though I never hope to be looking for a home again any time soon, I'd use him in a heartbeat and have recommended him to multiple friends already.
Oh yeah, and his prices are on average with any home inspection you would get, and I believe he does pest inspections as well (we needed one on a house we were selling as the buyers were getting a VA loan and it's required apparently).
p.s. Never ever ever consider buying a home without a really good, thorough inspection. It doesn't stop a person from buying a house, just gives them an idea of the various issues (every house has a couple) that you'll be facing and will help you plan better for future repairs, projects, and replacements. This is just my opinion but I can't emphasize this enough. And if you are not sure of the inspection results, talk to the inspector, or, as it's worth the $$ in the whole scheme of things, get a second inspector to come and do a report!
