(I'm sure I will get shit for this.)
Recently, I've noticed a change in Lime. Being that I attend Sunday brunch pretty regularly, I would say I would notice if things happened out of the ordinary. And well, recently, the crowd has...started changing. Lime used to be *the* place to be seen in the Castro on a Sunday morning. It just didn't get gayer than this. Hence, my attending EVERY Sunday. However, the past two times I've been there, I have been seated by large parties WITH CHILDREN. Yes, you know those people under the age of ten who are not interested in cruising guys in line for the bathroom? They were there, inside of Lime, which is NOT for children. And while I'm at it, and I'm sure already on people's shit lists, when did this place become the premiere destination for bachelorette parties? If I have to hear one more "woooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooo!" followed by blowjob shots I think I might poke my eyes out.
There, I said it. Hate me all you want. But remember, that little section at the top of the listing that says "Good for Kids: No" is there for a reason.
I could eat at Lime everyday for the rest of my life and be a happy camper. Just ask any of my friends who look like they want to throw-up when they ask me where I want to eat and I say "LIME!" And whatever you do, DO NOT forget to order the Grilled Cheese!

I definitely enjoyed this location much better than the Noe Valley one. My friend and I had a nice meal before heading to a show at the Fillmore, and the service was far superior to that of my previous experience. This place really does know how to do ceviche! And those mussels with chorizo and garlic bread? YUMMY. I guess it's probably a good thing that Fresca isn't walking distance from my apartment, or who knows if I'd ever eat anywhere else!

I love getting my haircuts at Public Barber and yes, you should trust me because I get my hair cut more than anyone else you know: every week. I was so thankful when I discovered Public was within walking distance from my work. Everyone is friendly, the pricing is reasonable ($26 for a men's cut) and they even carry Bumble & Bumble products now. I switch between Ahna and Cotton (sadly, no more Jazmine) and both are awesome with my hair and fun to talk to.
I try and recommend this place to every single person I know. You should check it out...they'll even give you a beer while you wait!
