Love Serpentine. Went here last weekend with some friends for brunch. The wait wasn't long at all since we sat at the bar. Bartender was awesome. Friendly and on point. I ordered the Crab Benedict and helllllo! Can we say foodgasm? Totally yummy. I want more.

I was really hoping for a great experience at this diner after reading the good reviews here on Yelp but sadly that was not the case. Our order took nearly 30-40 minutes first of all and our New York steak that was supposed to be medium rare turned out to be well-done, nearly burnt. And lastly, they couldn't split the check or accept two different credit cards as payment (only if it's 50/50). Not coming back here, that's for sure.
Having been to numerous thai restaurants in the past, Thai Kitchen is ok. Not bad at all but also not great. I ordered the thai bbq chicken which was moist and tender and instead of white steamed rice, I asked for brown rice which was a great option since asian restaurants rarely offer brown rice.

We dined here for my friends birthday and had a pleasant experience. The chips by itself were tasty but of course paired with the salsa was pure awesomeness. I may have eaten a whole huge bowl of chips and salsa by myself. I ordered the shrimp tacos which were delicious as well. However, 2 of our friends who ordered bacon cheeseburgers were waiting for a long time. It was disappointing because a lot of us were nearly half way through our meal and they were still waiting. BUT the owner (I'm assuming) came out to let us know that the first batch of burgers were over-cooked and was working on a second batch for them, on the house. Very nice of him. I'd definitely return here again.
When I was pregnant, my in-laws gifted me with a maternity massage here. I just have to say that I had an EXTREMELY pleasant experience here. Most massage/spas have an overbearing scent of incense or essential oils and when you're pregnant any scent can be overbearing period. The masseuse was very gentle and informative and the ambiance during the massage was calming and comfortable (as it should be). I would love to come back here again.
Growing up in Vallejo, this was the only library I've known. Even though I've been to other more modern and bigger libraries, JFK will always be my favorite. My older kid is a huge fan of this library as well. She always checks out 5-10 books each month.

The food and ice cream are like any other Dairy Queen's I've been to. Nothing to complain about there, but service is really s l o w. No matter what time of day, every time I've been here it was slow. The ice cream makes up for it though :)

Overpriced and honestly, not that great. You'd probably get the same or even better food next door at DJ's or Chowking for cheaper (both places I'm not too fond of). The only thing I like is their breakfast buffet but even that is just OK.
Cheap and ahhhight food. Lumpia, pancit, adobo, kare kare, and sinigang are good choices. Not great, just good. However, the bistek is almost always super greasy and always has a ton of fat attached. Just trim the fat off dude! Not that hard.
I'm not a big fan of buffet places but Golden City is way better than Empire buffet I can tell you that. My dad had his 70th birthday party here last year. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, they were very accomodating. My uncle created a huge banner and they were very willing to put it up, no questions asked and I created a slideshow for him, but they didn't have a tv. Thinking it was just a bust, 15 minutes later they bring a tv in....from their own home! Great people. The food was generally ok. Again, I'm not a big fan of buffet places but they did have a greater variety of food and desserts. My dad loves this place and if he were yelping, he'd give it 5 stars, ha
