It's been a while since I've been here but oh the fries & the dipping sauces: chipotle remoulade, smoke honey mustard, creamy wasabi mayo, & miso mayo. Very good. Especially when paired with a chimay or any other beer.

Tropical cake was consumed. Small but SO GOOD. I would definitely drop some dough (har har har) for more.

Oh and their double cappuccino was delish.

A good friend of mine suggested we go here while we were looking for a place to eat that was close by. My best friend and I were a little weary since we've never tried Indian food. Ever. He ordered a few dishes for us as an introduction to the cuisine.  Veggie samosas, butter chicken, benghan bharta, &  saag paneer.

SO YUMMY!

Horrible, horrible customer service. The girls there swear they're working at Neiman's and that I was too good for their shit.

Also, I was in the midst of moving over an hour away and was trying to get rid of a ton of clothes (new with tags!) that I couldn't get rid of on ebay or craigslist. The items weren't even from last season, they were from the present season and they took nothing claiming that it was "out of style" and "too worn out".

What?!

They all had tags on them.

Again, horrible horrible horrible.

Yummy moist cupcakes. Try the vanilla cupcake with organic strawberry filling. Just the right amount of sweetness and the frosting isn't too overwhelming. Perfection.

Despite the long lines at night, I love me some genki crepes! Nutella & banana crepes....nomnomnom.

I brought my kid here to experience a salon in a children-friendly atmosphere. The interior is great: bold, beautiful colors; plenty of toys and dvd's for the kids; and car-like seats catered to the younger children. You'd think the woman cutting hair here would be chipper and bubbly like most children oriented establishments.

Wrong.

While my kid was waiting for her haircut, the woman was complaining to another patron the entire time (don't remember her name, but she was the only one there and she had purple streaks in her hair). She was complaining about how she wasn't supposed to come into work, how she had to babysit all these kids when she gets home, how hungry she is, that she has to leave early and close down the shop leaving NO ONE to stay while she had to leave and how if anyone walks in and needs any services, she's going to turn them down because "I have to leave. I'm not supposed to be here anyway". All of that should've prompted us to leave right? No. I wish. My daughter desperately wanted her hair cut that day, that hour so I hoped and wished she'd be more positive when it was her turn but nope. Still complained.

The stylist was very unprofessional. I understand how important it is to have some sort of  conversation between the stylist and the person receiving the service and I know it can sometimes get personal, but being really negative about the place you're working at? Within hearing reach of all the other customers? Really?

And my kids hair cut wasn't even that great. We've had better at supercuts.

I went here for Sunday brunch recently and ordered the Smoked Salmon Scram. OMG. OMG. OMG. SO good! The potatoes and the salmon & eggs? Mmmmm. Even the man liked it and he's picky about fish dishes. Ordered a cappuccino too. It was perfection.

The man ordered the mixed berry pancakes which were light and fluffy and the daughter ordered the kids french toast as to which she exclaimed was the "best french toast ever!"

I can't wait to come back and try their other dishes.

So, I finally tried their sushi recently and yay! It was good. Sashimi was buttery & fresh and the other sushi plates were great as well. Thank god I have a good sushi spot near by!

I came here expecting really delicious greek food and left extremely disappointed. Their food was dry and bland. The only thing worth eating was the pita bread and hummus, and even that was just ok.

Not worth trying, in my opinion.
