Asian cuisine is so trendy today finding a place that surprises you with the experience is rare. Aja managed to surprise me with the fantastic specialty drinks like the Saketini. The cuisine is pan -asian and has something for every taste. The decor gives you the feeling of a temple, with statues exposed stone and tanks with fish. I reccomend Aja to hang out with friends and get a good food and drink.

From the tin ceiling to the exposed brick wall adorned with vintage ads for chocolate,The Chocolate Room stays true to its name and is a cozy spot that feels intimate and warm.
A fantastic destination for sweet delights and good conversation. I drank a delicious Vanilla Chai Tea and ate the triple layer chocolate http://cake.it was a delight and is big enough for two. Great post dinner spot.

Ice cream does not get better than this. Do not accept imitations this is the original and only Chinatown Ice Cream Factory.You can tell you are in the right place by the line of people summer through winter who come to eat this great treat.I have been coming to this ice cream shop for years, the flavors they offer are taken from Chinese favorites like Red Bean,Taro,Lychee,Ginger,etc. Almond Cookie flavor must be my favorite ice cream flavor in the world. I am also a fan of the Black Sesame flavor. The price is a little more than you normally would pay for a scoop of ice cream but it is worth every penny.

A quiet nook for two or four to eat would be a good description of Wild Ginger. I am not a vegan but I did enjoy the food served. The Pan-Asian cuisine made eating tofu and seitan palatable to me. Foods from Japan,Korea,Malaysia,China, Singapore and Thai on the menu.Good beer selection from all over Asia.Pricing is great and portions are perfect for my appetite.The service was excellent , attentive yet respectful of your privacy. The music was a great dub album which kept you entertained without destroying conversation. Great place to take a vegan and not feel hungry after you leave.

Barramundi

I was led to Barramundi from the rave reviews on Yelp. I was led astray. I did not enjoy the dark ,smelly atmosphere that you cannot see through pictures. It is a bar, and not one that I enjoyed. The sangria that people are raving about was not tasty. I guess if you are drunk already it would be good to you. Its not my scene and I left to find a better bar. Not recommended at all.
