They've made my cuticles bleed each of the 3 times I've come here.  I hear that's not how it's supposed to be.

Phil is one of the kindest people I've ever met.  I've worked with him for a few years now and he takes the greatest care of me and my finances.  No matter the mess I've handed him, he's helped me through it and counseled me in ways of improvement.  Despite the pains of taxes and other financial things, I leave Phil's office feeling better about them every time.  His experience with the IRS and his impeccable standards of customer care, combined with his gentle demeanor of one who's seen it all and knows it's not the end of the world, all come together to produce a top-notch CPA who is trustworthy, helpful and fair.

Scott has been servicing our home for a couple of years now and has taken great care of us.  He's a super-friendly guy, happy to visit for a moment or get straight to work.  Customer service is key and Scott knows this.  Oh, and we have no bugs!  :)

While the food is tasty, the service and cleanliness leave too much to be desired.  The staff hardly even know you're there and appear to have forgotten niceties such as Hi, Please, Thank you, You're welcome, etc.  The menu covers need a couple of runs through the dishwasher, as do the salt & pepper shakers; I was reminded of the grease I used to clean from the hood at a restaurant I used to work in.

This place has all the history, decor, tasty diner food, prices, & location to really be a great experience.  Those are all overshadowed by bad attitudes or poor training and by needing to wash my hands after handling table items.  The service problem has happened many times.  I won't be back unless/until I hear things have improved.

Fantastic menu!  I've eaten here a few times and the food has been superb each time.  Though it's mainly a sandwich menu, the items on it are pretty unique.  I'd like to sample pretty much every offering.  Last time we got:

The Mayflower...Portabella Caps, Provolone, Red Peppers,
Basil Aoli & Sprouts on Potato Roll (added an Angus burger to it) with a side of tater tots.  This was such a tasty treat!

Englewood...Crab Cake Sandwich with Jalapeno Tarter Sauce, Bermuda Onions, Lettuce and Tomato on a Potato Roll with sweet potato chips.  This was soooooo good, we were tempted to order another!

The chocolate cake with Reese's icing is outstanding!

The Fried Banana Cheesecake is a pass.  Cheesecake in a flour tortilla, deep fried with caramel drizzle and whipped cream.  Just OK....

Seating really is pretty minimal.  You have to time it right or you'll be standing (either outside or awkwardly inside) for no telling how long.  We were lucky and got the last open seats at the bar.  If there were more seating here, you'd probably still have to wait, though!  It's that good.

Absolutely loved my first meal here!  We opted for small plates, choosing three appetizers, a side and a salad:

Caprese
Baba Ghanouj
Spinach Pies
Feta Cheese
Tabouli

The owners are soon-to-be husband and wife; he's Italian and she's Lebanese.  They've put together a fantastic menu, one I want to sample a lot more of.  Our waiter was John, super friendly and very attentive.

I had a little difficulty finding them in the The Village at North Elm, but a quick phone call (answered by John) got me there.  Take the entrance at the Chick-Fil-A and drive on down toward the residential area.  You'll see them on the corner with a nice little outdoor seating area.

Golden China is a favorite place where my grandmother and I often have lunch.  I've had dinner there a few times, too.  Every meal there has been fantastic - well prepared, fresh ingredients and SUPERB service.  

As I tell people in Greensboro (where I am), you have to go to Graham for good Chinese food.  If you want entrées and specials, Golden China is THE place to go.

Be sure to ask to be seated at the tables (not booths) along the side wall in the back left corner.

Tasty food.  Great prices (especially lunch specials that are different M-F).  Super friendly staff.

Great location.  Fantastic, friendly staff.  Upgraded my room to en suite.  Beautiful property. Super flexible on check-in.

Only thing keeping this from being a 5-star was my water glasses, both in the bedroom and bathroom, were not replaced with clean ones when the room was cleaned.

Super attentive staff!  Amazingly tasty food!  Portions are huge.  I ordered the crab cake appetizer and honey almond crusted halibut (or haddock?) and was stuffed.  Ate at the bar after waiting about 20 minutes.  The bar is more like eating at a counter than a bar - everyone at it was eating!  I'll definitely return if in Monterey again.
