I had a 3:35pm appointment scheduled today. When I arrived, the door was locked. The sign on the door said they closed at 4pm. I knocked, and knocked. I could hear people shuffling around. I knocked again. Eventually I saw a guy go over to the "employees only" door, and I told him I have a 3:35 appointment and asked why the door is locked. He said "they close at 3:30" and as I pointed at the large sign that says they close at 4pm, he closed the door behind him.
I've since called their main office and filed a formal complaint because I don't like 'fasting' for my blood test all day (starving), driving alongside ninnies across town to an office that decided to close early and not informing their clients.

Any fan of television, film, production and history would love this museum.
It should score 6 stars on any yelp geek's radar. There's so many amazing things from video games to the entire action figure set for all Star Wars Episodes IV to VI.
I recommend everyone go to this museum and support it!

I hope this doesn't change - but this is the best Apple store I've been to in awhile. The people who work there have it together, and the store is well-stocked.
I think that a lot of Apple stores start out this way, I just hope this store doesn't go the way of the other ones (customer service seems to get lazy the longer a store is open)

I really enjoy my dentist. I know, it's so strange to say. Most people are afraid of dentists.
I can honestly say, they're worth the money. I mean, it all comes back to me right? It's my health that I'm paying for, and yup! It's worth it.
Dr. Soler is inspiring, Dr. Gajardo is lovely, and Daisy always works with me on payments and scheduling. The whole team is amazing. They not only take care of your teeth, but treat you like a person. Better than that actually - like a valued customer, like a good friend.
Honestly, I put my money where my mouth is - They only partially take my insurance, and it's still worth it to go there!!
I've seen a handful of dentists, and I'm glad I finally found them.

This is the WORST customer service experience I've had from a hotel. It definitely lacks even the basic hospitality you'd come to expect from any business! The pool is dingy, actually - the rooms are kind of dingy as well. (I felt like I should bring a black light in and check the bedding for bed bugs.) I definitely didn't feel safe. It was actually depressing being here. The front desk staff were strange, and rude - there was something about them that just felt shady and untrustworthy.
The only thing this hotel might have going for it is location, but there's a hotel across the street and a much nicer Holiday Inn next door.
I concur with previous reviews from Tracy C., Kasia K, and WM. Just walk in there and you will too!

I've noted that the employees at this Sephora are always friendly (even though sometimes they seem tired or out-of-it). Being burnt by other Sephora locations, I wanted to wait to review this one. After going here at least every other month (maybe even every month) since they opened. I have to say that their service has been consistent: friendly, informative, eager to help.
Yesterday, I went in and Helen really sealed the deal for me. She nearly jumped at the chance to assist me in finding the mens fragrance that I found, but forgot the name of 2 months ago. Fragrances are often hard and annoying to pick out! Anyway, she was superb and that was such a good look for this store! Thanks Helen!

I love my friendly neighborhood supermarket. It's not a zoo like Trader Joe's across the street, parking is never a problem. Plus, they have a great selection of items you want/need. I totally love their freshly made sushi bar & probably rely on it to dine at least once a week! Can't complain, won't complain. Thanks Gelson's!

This is a great place to go after shows and get a quick bite, or just linger and hang out over your food. It's not really about the cuisine - though I have always loved their grilled cheese, milkshakes, and mac and cheese - it's about the experience of hanging out in a booth forever, shooting the breeze, and hanging with your friends. It's always been that for me since the 90s, so i don't expect any more than that. No gourmet place is gonna be open at 2am when you need a little greasy food after a rock show or a dance party. Know what you're getting into!

I think my main complaint with Pazzaz is their inconsistency. Sometimes I'll get an amazing roll, and other times I'll order the same roll and it's the worst. Worse than the pre-made rolls you get at 7-11.
I've pretty much had it with the guessing game of "is it gonna be good this time?!" and decided that I have many choices when it comes to sushi in LA...
