Crap service!
The burgers were good, but our waitress took our order and then we didn't hear from her again. She wasn't on a break, she wasn't off of work, it wasn't totally busy in the restaurant - she just skipped our table. We had to go find her to get our check to pay our bill - which is bullshit. ??!! right?
I've had better service at a Vegas buffet. Thumbs down Marie Callender's, thumbs way down.

I'm pretty happy with a doctors office that can take me within a few days, has a doctor with a good bedside manner/sense of humour - especially when you're sick and maybe worried about some ailment, and is pretty much no-nonsense. I didn't have to wait longer than 20 minutes when I've had my appointments.

Kudos to the chef!
The pepper beef was rad, though not spicy; But Shrimp in Lobster Sauce was a soup not a glaze; Sauteed veggies had a great selection of veggies and was really exceptional; But they stiffed us on the rice... I would have been a happy customer if the bill was $15 cheaper.
If you're getting take away, I suggest calling in first rather than ordering there and then waiting. Bring someone to either sit in the car or grab the food because parking is a biatch!

Good, fast, cheap & a rewards program for haircuts? Eff yes!
My boyfriend got his hair cut there this weekend while we were waiting for the sales rep for the lofts above to come back from lunch. Denise provided a good cut in a short amount of time. Way better than Rudy's and similarly priced! Bolt just opened, and the interior is kitchy cool.* I was definitely impressed by this new barber shop!
*Check the jukebox of 7"s!

The garden suites are aesthetically pretty and modern, but understated and very biege. It's a pity that I felt that the concierge, staff, and even some visitors (?) were a bit pretentious. Sure, we were in Beverly Hills, but I found nothing that truly separated the L'Ermitage from a 5-star hotel somewhere in Texas - except for the fact that southern hospitality would truly beat out the Beverly Hills' L'Ermitage stuffy staffers.
