I used to drop in for a drink on a friday evening, when the clientele was a local, everyone-knows-your-name majority and the jukebox was playin the good ole music from yesteryear.
Surprisingly, the food was god too.
No nonsense, no bs and great conversation makes for combination that helps in the unwinding after a week of nonsense, bs and useless conversation that periodically creeps into the collective consciousness.

1) The service here is either hit or miss and I likes me some consistency
2) The selection is good, but not as great as Northface. And i always thought of EMS as a less expensive alternative.
3) Overall, I feel as if they do not go the extra mile that Northface does, therefore, I opt for NF for convenience and ease of use.

The place cracks me up, in a damn good way. Warning, 'tis not for the weak of heart, nor the gucci-trash-wanna-be knuckleheads.
There can be a waft of old school, taking their time, service, but that's how it goes. Old school, wait and you shall receive.
