We love Malay food. It has so much more diversity & flavor compared to other Asian cuisines. And we are very critical because we know what is good and what is great.

Malay Asian Express is the closest you will get to Malay hawker food in the West. It's not the greatest but it's fast, it's cheaper than other joints and it's convenient. (Similar to what Logeshkumaar said).

We can understand why other reviews mentioned the quality and taste are not great. Real Malay hawker food on the dirtiest streets of Malaysia are far superior in taste.

However, we think we should show a little more support, make suggestions to Malay Asian Express and hope that we will find great hawker food in every pocket of the Bay Area.

Why we like M.A.E. : big portions, samples offered, friendly staff and very very clean. Plus, it's halal!

We came after 8 pm and ordered the honey chicken (amongst other dishes). When it was served, we were told that a fresh batch will be also given as the other batch has been out a while (it wasn't that old but hey, a double serving, we'll take it!).

Satay lovers: the satay is not authentic Malay satay but the satay sauce is decent and it's bigger-than-usual satay size.

For the best Satay in the Bay, you have to contact Samsudin & Salizah, we've tried it and it's shiok.

So, we were on the hunt. House hunting and what an adventure. During our expeditions, we met Ali Mujeeb from AMSI. To be honest with you, the high ratings for this review goes to Ali. He was helpful beyond necessary, he followed up on our phone calls & emails and he exudes sincerity. There were several nice houses to consider but all the advantages led to the house managed by AMSI. The fact that we knew we could contact Ali to get work done and ask questions was a major factor for us.

Ali is definitely one-of-a-kind. No doubt it was a blessing to meet him.

We have travelled across the globe and could not find a better pizza. My Pizza is the best tasting, most delicious, utterly fantastic pizza anywhere. The owner immediately welcomed us when he met us and now considers us as part of his extended family.

If you have not tried My Pizza, you have not been to Morgan Hill.
