Surprised by the bad reviews. Went Saturday for dinner, seated right away, nice server, decent prices, homey feel. I got the gnocchi with gorgonzola, which was great if a little rich (expected considering what you're ordering), dining companions got bolognese and mix of appetizers and generously portioned wine flights. Everyone seemed pleased and we left sated.
Love the fish market. Delicious and relatively inexpensive steamed crab, creamy chowder, bad-for-you hush puppies. Fresh, fun. Can take a while to get your food on weekends when it's nice out, but heard soon they'll have seats instead of having to eat at counters.
I'm a big fan of their cream cheese wontons and everything else (noodle, chicken, shrimp entrees) have all been fine. One of the few places that delivers to southwest, even if they do have a $50 minimum.

Very crowded, but overall dig the atmosphere. Went with three others for brunch and we all loved our food (chorizo omelette, eggs Benedict, quiche). I'd go back.
We went to Piccolo's because it was one of the only dog-friendly restaurants we heard about in Long Island and it was near our friend's work. But it went so far beyond just being convenient. The Piccolo chicken and paninis were great for lunch the service was fantastic, the decor was cute and homey. They brought water out to the patio for our dog. Prices were very reasonable. Would absolutely go back.
They came to our office park today with free wares in hopes of gaining some new customers. Food-wise, we totally would, and love that they are sustainable. Yay for not trashing the earth. Buuuut.... no thanks for being rude to potential customers!! With an audience, they were overly nice, sucking up to everyone in line. However, when we passed by later and noticed they were about to throw out their leftovers, we graciously offered to help by eating them. That's when the fangs came out! They were totally rude to us, and even rolled their eyes. They withheld plates and utensils, even though there were stacks left. We came back with our own plates to "clean up" the remaining food -- in the interest of sustainability, of course. We couldn't believe how mean they were!
Delish. Steak is what they're best at. I wouldn't bother with anything else. Except a nice red, of course ;)

Great selection, good prices, quick and easy checkout. Just know that it's beer & wine, no liquor.
Clean buses. Competent staff. And only $25 each way. So much better than Chinatown, though now that there's Boltbus and Megabus I don't know how they'll stay in business. (Bolt & Mega often cheaper but their staff/timeliness is subpar)
